Part 1

I want to take a day to you. This day is your time. All right. Once again, we thank each and every one of you for allowing this transmission to occur in this manner through this gateway and at this time. Each and every time your civilization allows this connection to be made. It affords our reality and opportunity to experience. opportunity to experience through each and every one of you, another facet of the multidimensional crystal of creation, and this expands our understanding of all the different ways that creation can express itself, and so we thank you for this gift of sharing. We would like to begin this transmission this day of your time with the following idea we will entitle fourth density balancing act. Now you all know that it is far less effort for a balloon to lift a feather than a brick. Toxins are bricks. Fear beliefs are bricks that will weigh down your energy. The idea is to understand, as we have heard many people talk about, about that are certain things that you may choose to do, certain things you may choose to put into your bodies, certain beliefs you may choose to believe in, that may be contrary to what might be considered your natural self. Everything has a frequency, everything has a vibration, everything is energy in a certain state, this you already know. And we have heard people talk about, idea of continuing to do certain things that may in some senses, and yet at the same time they express the desire, will make the statement that they will be able to raise their vibration and go into fourth density state while maintaining a connection to those negative ideas, beliefs, definitions, and or toxic input. Now, it is true that you can do this. this. You can hold on to certain things that may be more representative of lower vibrations or heavy ideas and still allow yourself to create fourth density reality. You can do it. However, the idea is to understand it perhaps in the following graph like illustration. Imagine that zero, the achievement of zero balance between the positive and the negative for the purposes of this illustration is the fifth density reality, a higher state of being, whatever you wish to call it. Now if you are doing something, putting something into that system that is a negative one, you will need a positive one to counter it so that the net effect is still zero. effect is still zero. Thus you can very quickly understand that if you are putting things into your system, toxins or negative beliefs holding onto them, that might be the equivalent of negative five. It isn't that you cannot go into fourth density, but you will need a positive five to balance it out in order to achieve zero. What we are simply saying, euphemistically, is that. is that.

Thus you can very quickly understand that if you are putting things into your system, toxins or negative beliefs holding onto them, that might be the equivalent of negative five. It isn't that you cannot go into fourth density, but you will need a positive five to balance it out in order to achieve zero. What we are simply saying, euphemistically, is that. is that. While you certainly can achieve fourth density, by holding onto a brick, you will need to flap your arms twice as hard to stay in the air. Then someone who is only holding onto a feather will have to do. So it can be done, but do you really want to expend that much effort? That is the question. The whole idea, first and foremost, of elevating the frequency and moving into higher realms is to allow your life to become effortless, is to allow yourself to surrender to the naturalness of life, of your true self, and to allow your true self to be reflected back to you with all the effortless creative ease that the reality mirror can reflect. You can choose to do whatever you wish, but just understand that energy, in your reality, carries consequence, mass, weight. And any time you make a choice, and any time you create an idea that stems from fear, fear, doubt, hesitation, anxiety, self-devaluation, disconnection from the infinite, any time you make a choice in that direction, you are entitled to do so, we will never take away your choice from you. But we just want to remind you that in this age of acceleration, anything that will not be in alignment with your true natural self, will in some senses force you to add that much more energy into the picture in order to accelerate equally with anyone else who has achieved that state. So, again, you may be able to achieve the zero. to achieve the zero balance effect alongside many other people, but you may in that sense need to work twice as hard to do so. And that is theoretically not something you want to do. At least as far as you have expressed to us. So we simply remind you to be aware of the consequences of your own choices, and when you make them, make them consciously, so that you know what you are doing, And so that you do not have to pretend that you are a victim being weighed down by circumstances out of your control. You must understand that everything is the result of your choices, your motivations, your definitions, as we have discussed many times, and that is really all there is to it. In a similar vein, we wish to add the idea that we wish to add the idea that we will use the term of persistence of vision to illustrate.

In physical terms, you know that persistence of vision is what allows you to perceive continuity when there may be discontinuous frames or when you look at a light and then look away, you will still see a dot. This persistence of vision This creation of continuity can also be applied to the idea of your own self-vision. And in these times of challenge, it would be wise for you to maintain persistence of vision, which only implies a trust in yourself, a trust in the way you were created originally, and a willingness to let go of those ideas which do not serve you, which you know have nothing to do with the definition of to do with the definition of who you are in your heart of hearts, who you are naturally at your core, and in giving that up, in letting go of those things that weigh you down, to be elevated in energy and frequency and inexperience in your reality so that your reality can reflect back to you, that likeness of being, and so that you can experience the persistence of your own vision of yourself as life expresses itself through you. expresses itself through you, rather than experiencing life as if it is happening to you. About 25 years ago, I had a very bad accident on my right foot when I was living in Paris, and it's the same ankle, the same exact part of my foot that is... And I'm curious about the symbology of that. On a very general level, this is what we have talked about before, regarding internal change as opposed to external change. In other words, when you say you have changed, and I'm just being generalized now, the idea is not to gauge whether or not you have changed based on how your outer reality appears, but whether you simply know you have changed whether the outer reality has changed or not. In other words, do you respond differently to what may appear on the surface to be the same circumstance or do you respond the same as you did before? That's the measure of letting you know whether you have really changed. Very often, many of you will test yourselves by putting yourselves through one particular kind of circumstance, reacting or responding to it one way, and then later on will, in some sense, is duplicate or recreate a similar circumstance to see if you have actually learned anything. To see if you've really changed or whether you're going to gauge once again that you haven't changed just because your outer reality seems not to happen. The decision is always up to you to understand or to decide that you have changed based on how you respond to what is going on regardless of whether or not it looks the same on the outside. That's what tells you you have changed. And then when you respond different, to what may appear to be the same thing on the outside, then you will really have changed, and then your outer reality can really change to reflect the change that is now true within you, as opposed to making your change conditional on the idea that your outer reality has to change in order to prove that you have changed inside. No proof is required. Only your statement of conscious choice is required to determine that you have changed, and the proof of that is that that is how you respond differently to what appears to be the same circumstances. Do you follow that as a general symbology? Yes. All right. Does that serve it? Yeah, a few more questions on that subject. I'm wondering about magnetic therapy for the ankle. This can be beneficial in accelerating bone healing, if done properly, yes. And as well for my back, the stress I've been experiencing. To some degree, although there again, more ideas of that. More ideas of deep neuromuscular therapeutic manipulation may be advantageous to you even more so than magnetic therapy in that area. Okay.

Does that serve it? Yeah, a few more questions on that subject. I'm wondering about magnetic therapy for the ankle. This can be beneficial in accelerating bone healing, if done properly, yes. And as well for my back, the stress I've been experiencing. To some degree, although there again, more ideas of that. More ideas of deep neuromuscular therapeutic manipulation may be advantageous to you even more so than magnetic therapy in that area. Okay. I've been taking some, a lot of supplements, and one of them is glucosamine sulfate, which also comes in a cream form, and I'm wondering if that's efficacious. To some degree, but there are things that perhaps could be even more efficacious. We have recently, and many of you have been exploring recently, idea of combinations of natural substances and one of the ones that has come up very often is the combination of what you call your vitamin C and the substance MSM or organic sulfur. In combination, and particularly for the idea of healing modalities, you're talking about the idea of the ingestion every day in combination of approximately 6,000 milligrams to 10,000 milligrams of vitamin C, concurrent with 6,000 milligrams to 10,000 milligrams of MSM. These work together to cause restorative restructural cellularly on all levels of the body, and they'll go primarily first to where they are needed most. Do you follow? Yes, would that be okay to take it in combination with the glucosamine sulfate? Yes. And a gentleman here, Bill recommended that I take a product called Everlasting, which is SETO MIRA STOLIAT, it's hard to pronounce, SETOMIRA STOLIAT. In what dosage has this been recommended? Um, 1,000,000, micrograms. Micrograms or milligrams? Milligrams per day? Yeah. All right. Between 500 and 1,000 per day will be fine for you for now. Is that in conjunction with the other supplement? Yes. Okay. And I've been working, I'm halfway through my screenplay gray matter. It's very exciting. All right. And I have some questions relating to it. We may or may not answer those. Right. Since all of you must decide the value of your own work. Right. Do the grades, or at least the ones that I'm dealing with, have a leader, or are they all of one group mind? That is, in your terms, a hive-like hierarchy. It is not exactly what you would recognize as a leader, but because they are telling them. sympathically linked is more like a lead organizing mind. So there is one individual within the group that tends to lead the others? In a sense, direct, organize. Yes, to some degree. Okay. But again, you must understand. This is similar to the idea that your brain is the leader of moving your finger when you wanted to move. It is not the same kind of leadership that you understand in your system. you understand in your society. It is more autonomic because it is telepathically linked. Does that make sense to you? Yes. You must understand that if you understand them in a sense as one organism with many parts, then it isn't really that there is a leader because it's one organism. Do you follow? Uh-huh. Does that make sense to you? It does. It does. Can you give a physical description of what their world was like before it was destroyed? It was not too dissimilar from your own. There were some variances. Can you discuss those? No. If I ask questions specifically, can you answer them? Maybe. Such as did they have same colors of foliage or water? In general. You'll understand that because you are genetically similar, because each of your species has been, in that sense, crossbred, cross-connected, cross-culturized with DNA, then there will be many of your species. Then there will be many similarities in terms of what the life forms require as an environment for survival. Thus, there will be many similarities in their ancient form of environment that are similar to your form of environment now. I'm looking more for things that would distinguish them from ours, such as perhaps if they had different, well, are they from the same solar system? So do they have one sun? The same solar system as who? As Earth. No, of course. Of course not. You know that. So what was theirs like? I don't have a physical image of what it was like. The solar system? Their particular planet. When they looked into the sky, what did they see? Well, first of all, you must understand that in the timeframe you are talking about, they existed on many different planets, many different planets, had been colonized. Right. I understand they started in apex and then moved to the Zeta reticuli. Well, that is not the whole story, no. So, which particular system are you asking about? The one where they were forced to go underground. All right. In that sense, you'll understand their star was hotter than yours, tending closer to the white rather than the yellow. Do you understand? Yes. The planet was farther away from the star. Do you understand? It was in that sense a bit hotter. Do you understand? Yes. These are some of the things that are different. The atmosphere, I understand. The planet was a bit larger. Gravity, a bit more. atmosphere a little bit more dense, which helped block a lot of the idea of the intensity of the radiation from the sun. Do you follow this? Uh-huh. Is any of this helping you?

And I forced fed her. fed her the wall. Why? Because I didn't want to let her go. Why? Because I wanted to hang on. And that's the whole thing. Like, I, I would like to be able to communicate better in the future with my animals where I can... Then you must learn to communicate better within yourself. Because animals are a reflection of many of the different levels that your consciousness itself is experiencing. It isn't that they do it. not have their own consciousness. It isn't that they do not have their own lives. I do not mean in any way, shape or form to say that they are subservient to you as consciousness is. But they are unconditionally loving, and as such, are willing to reflect the processes going on within many of the humans that they associate with. Therefore, this is an opportunity for you to get stronger in touch with many of the different things going on within yourself, and learning to let go of certain things within yourself. In that sense, the animal is some way forcing you to do that. Because of an attachment to the animal, and because of the animal's decision to go into spirit, the animal is forcing you to stretch to make connections that otherwise you may not have made. Or would not be willing to make within yourself. Do you follow this? Yeah. Are you willing to utilize the animal's death and gift in this way? Definitely. All right. Then use your imagination to allow yourself to understand. You are still connected to the consciousness of the being, of the animal. animal, the animal in that sense is still with you, but now the animal is helping to guide you on a different level, a more refined, more rarefied, etherealized level of energy matter.

you follow this? Yeah. Are you willing to utilize the animal's death and gift in this way? Definitely. All right. Then use your imagination to allow yourself to understand. You are still connected to the consciousness of the being, of the animal. animal, the animal in that sense is still with you, but now the animal is helping to guide you on a different level, a more refined, more rarefied, etherealized level of energy matter. And you must utilize that in your imagination to dig deeper within yourself, dig deeper within yourself, and stop force-feeding yourself ideas that do not sit with you. You do not digest, that have nothing to do with who you really are, because that will, in a sense, kill your spirit. Like what? Like what? Like anything that you fear, like any time you are not willing to be yourself, like any time you're not willing to trust who you are, like any time you devalue yourself, like any time you impose upon yourself limitations that restrict you from feeling the freedom and the creativity that is your birthright to feel. Like those things, for example. Do you follow this? Mm-hmm. Yes. Why was there such a connection between her liver and her nasal infection where she got ectric and the fluid? The idea of the liver in that sense is that it acts like a filter. To weed out and filter out the idea of toxins. This is why we open the idea of this discussion with the concept of letting go of toxins, flushing them out of your system. If you do not do so, then you will in that sense. you will in that sense truly suffocate. That is the connection between the liver and what you call the respiratory passage. Right. Do you follow this? Yeah. Are you sure? So her infection... Yes. ...infiltrated her liver. It came in that sense from many different areas but manifested in the liver and then spread out to the respiratory system. It was in her nasal area first. No. It was in her liver first? Yes. because of the bad diet. Because there were toxins. And then it started showing up in the respiratory system, and then finally the liver failed, along with other systems. Well, what about the idea of not having the raw food all the time for the rest of their life? What about it? Well, Abram told me that eventually that it would be hard on the body. Not necessarily. Not necessarily. It will depend upon the animal. It will depend upon the system. But that isn't the point. The point is that you are creating your own symbology and your own reality by attracting animals that are reflecting certain things to you that you also need to deal with and look at symbolically within your own energy.

The point is that you are creating your own symbology and your own reality by attracting animals that are reflecting certain things to you that you also need to deal with and look at symbolically within your own energy. And it mostly, in this case, has to do, with absorption of things that have nothing to do and no business belonging in your being, in your energy. For they will be toxic to you. And in that sense, euphemistically and sense, euphemistically and sometimes literally, metaphorically, sometimes literally, they will kill you. Therefore, name the lesson, understand the animal is still with you, but willing, willing to transcend to show you the idea that occurs on different levels when toxins are present in the system and cannot be flushed. Do you follow? Yes. One last. Does she have anything to say to me right now? Some of what is being said. right now, in a sense, is being reflected by the animal. One moment. You and I have discussed many times the whole issue of learning to play, have we not? And how are you doing with that? Well, I was really serious about trying to get her well. I understand that. I understand that. We are not in any way, shape or form, as you would say, attempting to knock down your attempt to do that. But the idea right now is to utilize the situation. utilize this situation in a way that allows you to be well so that you can attract wellness in your life rather than reflections of sickness. Right. So how are you doing with regard to playing? Are you playing as often as you really would like to? No. All right. When are you going to? Well, I've discussed this now for a long time. Yeah. When are you going to let go and start learning to use your imagination and play? It's up to you. You don't have to do it for me. In fact, you can't do it for me. And I don't want you. to. Right. But I'm reflecting back to you what you want me to say, and in that sense, it is up to you to decide whether or not you would rather feel ecstatic by allowing yourself more freedom to play and associate and imagine and create, or whether you would like to impose these kinds of toxic limitations on yourself and feel the kind of suppression sense to you. Yes, thank you. Then be free. It is your choice. So what do I let go first to be free? What do you feel the most? What do you feel the most? Death? Dying. Why? Why?

What are your definitions that go along that you have attached to this concept that allow this to be fearful to you? That is the thing you deal with first. The strongest fear. You deal with it first because your strongest fear is representative of where most of your energy is and is the thing that can be, in a sense, most readily converted to your strongest joy if you're willing to be defined if you're willing to redefine it. Because only the definitions allow you to experience your energy as fear. And as soon as you change those definitions, you will experience the same energy as joy. So wherever it is the biggest collection of fear is where you need to work first, because that's where it will be the biggest repository of energy to allow you to experience joy once you redefine what it is that's allowing you to experience the energy as fear.
