So the serious energy is functioning, kind of like a gateway energy, a switching station energy to organize and channel through itself a variety of experiences that may be of benefits synchronistically to other civilizations. As the, shall we say, apex of the triad, they are like the tip of the pyramid, they are like the lighthouse beacon from that triad association, that links and connects most strongly to other civilizations and siphons along those energetic lines, along those energetic links, the experiences of our civilization, their civilization, and your civilization, for utilization by other civilizations when and where it is relevant to them.

They literally lay out the foundations of blueprints for a variety of reality experiences and work with your higher minds to create the blueprints that you can then derive experience from in physical reality.
