Part 1
Hi Bashar. And do you good day. Good day. I don't know which question I need to ask. Oh, well then sit down. Let's see. So if you think that there is nothing outside that can affect us, is it true? There is no outside for anything to come from. There is only within. Everything that you experience occurs within your consciousness. You understand that? There is nothing outside. There is no outside for anything to be in. There is nothing outside your consciousness. Everything is in my consciousness. Everything. Everything. Okay. The only way you can... you can have an experience of any kind is if you create that experience within your consciousness. Like, for example, nature. Nature. Yeah, when I'm in nature, I feel good. Yes. Why is that? Did she really ask that question? Yeah, you are. All right. Why? Why is that? Well, if nothing... When I say there is nothing outside, I don't mean in the colloquial sense that there's nothing outside the building. Uh-huh. Nature, however, to answer your question more directly, is by its very definition, more in tune with the frequency of your natural self. Right. Therefore, you feel good because you are using... nature as a permission slip to allow yourself to be more in touch with your natural vibration. And that always feels really good. Hmm. What I think, okay, I got it, but then how about anything negative outside? How, when I feel bad, something happens outside? When you feel bad, it's because you believe that your relationship to that circumstance is defined in a negative way. in a negative way. Redefine your relationship to the circumstance, and you will not feel bad. I am not saying to ignore the feeling. You must acknowledge the feeling. All right, I feel bad. Why? What would I have to believe is true about my relationship to this situation in order for me to have this feeling? Because remember, all emotions, without exception, all emotions, All feelings only exist because there is a belief that exists first. You cannot have a feeling without having a definition or a belief first. So if you have a bad feeling, all right, acknowledge it. All right, I've got a bad feeling. So what? Now, I ask myself, do I prefer this feeling? Well, no. I would prefer something else. I would prefer to feel joyful. All right. So let me ask myself, why did I have? this bad feeling? What brought this about? Well, I know that feelings come from beliefs. Oh, all right. So what kind of a belief, the question goes, would I have to have about my relationship to the situation in order for me to have a bad feeling about it? That's how you begin the process of self-investigation. And finding out what the definition is and in finding out what the definition is and identifying it, you can then find out why you had it.
Part 2
know that feelings come from beliefs. And when you find out why you had it, you can let that go and change it for something else you would prefer as a belief. And when you change it for a belief you would prefer, then that belief will generate a feeling that you prefer, which will also generate thoughts that you prefer, which will also generate behavior that you prefer. I try that. I know you taught us that, but it's not that easy. That's a belief. Okay. You see? So now the question is, why do I have a belief that says it's not that easy? You see? That's the next step. You can always take the question to the next level. If you find that you have tried it one way, as you say, and it doesn't seem to be working for you, look at the essence of what you're actually saying. What's the result? All right, the result that your feeling is, this is difficult. It's not that easy. Very good. You've now arrived at another place where you have something to work with. So acknowledge it. All right, I acknowledge that I have a feeling it's difficult. I have a feeling it's not that easy. That must mean What? I have a belief that it's not easy. Why do I have that belief? And you can start the investigation again and keep doing that and keep doing that and keep doing that until you truly find the true fundamental foundational underlying belief that is generating all the other secondary level beliefs. I think it's not a belief but an experience. No. Your experience comes from Your belief. I understand that you have experience in physical reality and you can say, well, that happened to me, and so that's why I feel this way. But you see, you are simply putting, as you say, euphemistically, the cart before the horse. The way you've been taught to look at reality is making you think that that comes from the experience. But in fact, the experience first came from the belief. Now, once you have the experience, the experience may reinforce the belief, but it doesn't generate the belief. The belief generates the experience which then by definition strengthens the belief because all beliefs must, by definition, contain an element, a component that is a self-generating, self-fulfilling aspect. If beliefs did not make it seem as if no other beliefs were possible, you wouldn't be able to have that particular experience.
Part 3
first came from the belief. So when you have a belief that generates an experience, the experience will then always have the capacity to reinforce the belief and make it seem to be the only thing that's true. But that's not true. You have to get to a point where you know it's not true, no matter how it feels, so that when something happens, you can recognize that the experience is not causing the belief, it's just reinforcing the belief, and that therefore the experience can be used to put you in touch with the belief that generated the experience to begin with. Do you follow me? Yeah. Are you sure? I kind of. I think so. Work with that. Okay. I have a problem when my husband tells me to do that. Why do you have a problem with it? And why are you defining it as a problem? Well, because it comes from outside. There is no outside. All the things you choose to feel, you choose to feel. Anyone could come up to you and say anything. You could still laugh, you know. That's what he said. You know, someone slaps in, you know, even if someone slips in my head, you know, I still have to choose how I feel. Yes. But the point is, you're choosing, which means it's under your control. So if you are choosing to feel bad, you have to ask yourself, why would I choose that? And when you ask that kind of a question, it can put you in touch with the belief that makes you think that that's your only choice, when in fact you have many choices of how to feel and how to believe. So you have to find out why you're choosing what you're choosing. Up to you. Okay. Thank you. Appreciate it. And we appreciate you as well. But the point is you must learn to appreciate yourself more. Yeah. All right. And Are there any other question? What is enlightenment? One moment. What happened to good day and hello? Good day and hello. Thank you. This is my first time hearing you. Oh, all right. It is our first time hearing you as well. Enlightenment in the most simplest possible way I can state it is simply the willingness to lighten up. All you have to do is lighten up on yourself, raise your frequency by doing so, and you will have a broader perspective that allows you to see that everything is connected, that everything is one.
Part 4
And it is fundamentally, to answer your question in the most direct way possible, fundamentally this attribute, the ability to recognize everything as one, and apply that recognition in your life that cause constitutes the experience most people on your planet refer to as enlightenment. Does that answer your question? Very well. Thank you. Thank you. Good day, Bashar. And are you good day? I've heard you say several times the universe loves us unconditionally. Existence, yes. Could you provide a... A few ideas, a few examples of the mechanics of love, the nature of love, the behavior of love, the action of love, of the living conscious being that love is. The best example we can provide is to illustrate and point out all these things at once, in the statement, all that is loves so unconditionally it will will actually allow you to believe you are not unconditionally loved. That's how unconditionally loved you are. It will allow you any belief whatsoever, even the belief that negates the idea you are unconditionally loved. And that ability itself to be able to believe you are not unconditionally loved, to be able to believe that you have no support from existence itself in the face of your actual existence, which should be all the the illustration you need that you are supported, but nevertheless, to be able to believe you are not supported by existence in the face of your own existence shows you how deeply and actively you are unconditionally supported in anything you choose to believe, anything, even to the negation of the support. Does that make sense? Yes. Does that answer your question sufficiently, or did you wish to explore other another aspect of this? Hmm. Well. Because that is behavior. Yes. And then so love, essentially is accepting of all things that I do. It is total allowance. All action. All thoughts. All feelings. Total allowance. Always appreciates and values me. Yes. No matter what I do. Absolutely. So much so that you are the one in charge. Yes. Okay. And another idea of motivation you have spoken of as being the idea we will always, we're always motivated to make a choice. Yes. To create what we perceive will bring us closest to pleasure and farthest from pain. And what we perceive is pleasure and pain is based on our definitions of pleasure and pain. Yes. Is this apply really to our local physical reality, this idea of motivation? Or is it an integral part? of the third universal law.
Part 5
have spoken of as being the idea we will always, we're always motivated to make a choice. Yes. To create what we perceive will bring us closest to pleasure and farthest from pain. And what we perceive is pleasure and pain is based on our definitions of pleasure and pain. Yes. Is this apply really to our local physical reality, this idea of motivation? Or is it an integral part? of the third universal law. What we put out is what we get back and then therefore apply to all of the existence. It is the physical representation of that law. So it applies to all existence, motivation? It does, but of course it will be experienced in different ways. Okay. Different kinds of mechanisms in different dimensions will be developed in order to experience that law in the way that's germane for that dimension. So the idea of the psychological motivations are the third density's way of expressing that concept. physical terms. All right. And one last one. Is there anyone that's been born and raised on this planet that is currently over, say, 200 years of age? Oh yes. Actually quite a few. And what are they generally the oldest? Like 300 years old, 400 years old? One moment. One moment. As we perceive it. The oldest living physical, you mean human, yes? Yes. All right. The oldest living physical human on the planet today at this moment is actually in excess of 1,000 years old. But there is only one. Next in line, you will find that they will just generally be between, and there are a few of these, between 3 and 500 of your years of age. There are more that are between 100 and 300, and many more that are between 100 and 200. And they live in obscure places or some in city highly populated places? Now and then, some of them will come in contact with what you would call city populations, but that will usually That will usually be rare. Most of them live in what you would call relatively remote locations. Or smaller villages. And there are other beings that are older than that that are similar to us but not human? Oh, yes. What might they be classified as? Reptilian or... Sassanis living on Earth? Well, our average lifespan is in your terms about 300 years. We don't live on Earth. If you're talking about visitations, from time to time. There certainly have been beings that have existed on your planet or visited your planet that are in excess of 10,000 years old. Okay. By your counting. But none who are born and raised in their entire life? No. No. Okay. Great. Much love to you, Bashar, and all who are there with you. And to you as well. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Hello, Bashar. And are you good day. I would like to share with you a dream I had.
Part 6
on your planet or visited your planet that are in excess of 10,000 years old. Okay. By your counting. But none who are born and raised in their entire life? No. No. Okay. Great. Much love to you, Bashar, and all who are there with you. And to you as well. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Hello, Bashar. And are you good day. I would like to share with you a dream I had. I would like to share with you a dream I had. and if you can give me more insight on what this dream means. We will see. Okay. In this stream, I'm driving to work and I'm on the street called Nordoff. I stop at a red light and the cross streets are now Nordoff and Mason. I remember seeing cars in all sides of the intersection. Then all of a sudden a huge gust of wind picks up my car and my car starts flying through the air. Yes. I end up in a spaceship next. Yes. The next thing I remember, I'm standing in the spaceship and I'm in front of two entities. Yes. One looks very much like you a high. like you a hybrid. Yes. A very tall being made of white light and then turns into pure light. Yes. I remember having telepathic communications, but not remembering what was shared between us. Alright. Then in the flash, my cars, I'm in my car and I'm flying in the air the same way as I did when the wind first picked me up. Yes. My car is now back in the intersection and it seems like nothing has changed. Yes. And no time has passed. Correct. What happens next is that all my tattoos disappear and my eyes turn crystal blue. Yes. I'm also still able to have telepathic communications with these entities in my dream. Yes. And I start sharing this with others. Yes. I even take one individual onto the ship to meet both entities. Yes. And that's all I can really remember from the dreams. Oh, all right. What explanation needs to happen here? Sounds like a relatively accurate description. Yes, but I want to know what was shared between us. I can't really remember. And why did my tattoos disappear? Why did my eyes do... The tattoos disappeared symbolically because? Because what it represents is the idea of information on the outside, now being on the inside, of absorbing data. Okay, why did my eyes turn crystal blue? Because absorbing all that data allows you to function from a higher plane. The higher vibration, the higher resonance represented by that color allows you to be seeing through the eyes of the higher self. Okay. And why did I meet those two entities and those specific two entities? Because they're your friends. Okay. Because they're family. Because you have familiarity with them. Because you've done it before many times with them. Okay. Well, that's it.
Part 7
absorbing all that data allows you to function from a higher plane. Thank you very much. Thank you. I'm so excited to see you again. Actually, I'm so excited to see you again. Actually, I'm so excited to see you. see you or hear you again. All right. Thank you. Thank you. I spoke with you about maybe 13 years ago. All right. About my voice. Yes. And I would like to choose to speak better again. All right. Do you have anything to say? I have too much to say. Well, all right. Then maybe you should tone down what you think you need to say. And deliver the information more simply. What do you think about that idea? That sounds good. I hope my daughter wrote that down. One moment. One moment. What excites you? What is your passion? History, learning, people. History, learning, and people. And travel. And travel. Can all of these be wrapped up in a larger definition of excitement, of which each of these might be Each of these might be an expression or an aspect? I would like to know what that is. Well, I'm asking you. History, learning, travel, people. How do you imagine that those aspects might be lumped together into a broader definition of what your passion is? I'm just stopped. Teaching? Well, I was teaching when I lost my voice. Oh. But teaching in a different way? Yeah, I... How do you imagine in the circumstances that you are in now that you could teach without necessarily having to rely on the vocal communication? Well, there's online teaching, of course. Oh, all right. That's one. Anything else? I would like to have more people contact than online. Well, well, all right. So you want to do it face-to-face, so to speak, in person. That is your preference? Yes, yes. All right, yes. One moment, one moment, one moment. One moment. What happens when you attempt to talk from here? from here instead of here? It's a better way when I can breathe properly, but it seems like I've forgotten how to talk. That's not necessarily a bad thing, you know, especially in your society. Yes. You told me that before, there were other ways to communicate. Yes. Yes. I just want to add this, that I've done some, like, hypnotherapy and other things, you know, that brought up, like, sexual abuse as a child. All right. You know. Very good. So that I'm... Are you ready to integrate a lot of these things together? Yes. All right. Are you planning to take a trip? Yes. To...

in your society. Yes. To... To farther. Well, I just came back from Egypt. All right. And I did want to ask you about the pyramids because I can't inside. Okay, thank you. Where do I want to proceed? But let's go back to the trip as it relates to the idea of learning, history, teaching, people. Where would you? Would you feel most resonant? Africa. Where specifically? Ethiopian. Why? Searching. For? The Ark of the Covenant. Why? History. Yes. why? What do you imagine being in proximity to that device will do for you? Expand my consciousness. Specifically. That's a general statement. What do you believe proximity to that device will specifically do for you? I hadn't really thought about it. Think about it, but not too hard. Feel it more than think about it. Imagine, with me now, that you are actually in proximity to that device. What comes up? Fire. And what feelings? Brightness. Do you feel any kind of rise in passion within you? Yes. You sound hesitant. Are you afraid to feel your passion? Yes. Why? Just. Just general fear. Are you afraid that if you allow yourself to unleash your passion that the consequences will be negative? No. Then why are you afraid? Just fear of the unknown. You know what? I don't believe you. Someone willing to travel to Ethiopia in search of the Ark of the Covenant does not really have a fear of the unknown. So as wonderful a reason as that was, we don't buy it. Imagine. Giving voice, truly giving voice to your passion in whatever form it comes, imagine that. what do you believe will happen if you do? Let's just use your paper thin excuse for a moment. As an example, let's assume that you're correct, hypothetically, that you're afraid of the unknown. What does that mean? What do you think you'll find in the unknown if you give over to your passion? What do you imagine? What do you imagine will happen that is not known to you now that you would fear so much? I don't know some truth that other people don't want to hear. All right, all right. And what difference does it make if others don't want to hear? While you're pondering that, let me once again explain something about the concept of impact. None of you will ever, ever, underline, underline, underline. None of you will ever have more impact than you have just by existence. Ever.
Part 9
you now that you would fear so much? I don't know some truth that other people don't want to hear. All right, all right. And what difference does it make if others don't want to hear? While you're pondering that, let me once again explain something about the concept of impact. None of you will ever, ever, underline, underline, underline. None of you will ever have more impact than you have just by existence. Ever. So stop worrying about how to create more impact with what you want to do. You will never be able to create more impact than you already have upon the universe just by the very fact of your existence. Key. What you are attempting to do by following your passion, by acting on your joy, is not create a create more impact. By doing that, you create opportunities that reveal the impact you already have. It's a discovery of yourself, not the creation of something that doesn't already exist. That's number one. Number two. If it is in fact your passion to share some thing to share some things, of yourself with the world in some way, shape, or form. The very fact that you have the passion to do so tells you, by definition, there must be at least one person who needs to hear it. Or you wouldn't have the drive. You wouldn't have the passion, because there are no accidents in creation. And if you exist. and your true self is somebody that is passionately driven to share something, then the reason you are, where you are, when you're there, is because there's somebody where you are, when you are, waiting to receive what you have to share. Because as we have said, there are no one-sided coins. If you have the head, you gotta have the tail. Or there's no coin. You can't have a head by itself. You can't have the tail by itself. If you got the head, you've got the head, you have the tail. know there has to be a tail to the coin somewhere, but the only way you're going to find out that it's right on the other side of you is to give over to that passion so that you can function as the whole coin and thus have the other side revealed to you. Is this making sense? Yes. All right. One moment, one moment, one moment, one moment. Might you also be interested in taking a trip to Italy? Yes. Are you sure? Yes. Why? Research. For what? To find out the truth. There's that euphemistic truth again. The truth of what? The history. The true history. Of humanity. Why do you think you'll find that in Italy? There's a lot many places to do research there. Such as? The Vatican. Ah, the Vatican. Or sometimes the Vatican. Can you or can't you? I can't. Say it again. I can. Say it softly. I can't. Say it softly. I can't.
Part 10
Research. For what? To find out the truth. There's that euphemistic truth again. The truth of what? The history. The true history. Of humanity. Why do you think you'll find that in Italy? Say it softly. I can't. There's your biggest clue. Speak softly, and that is what will show you your power of speech. communication. Remember, the greatest power has the lightest touch. So don't try, don't force yourself to share. Be calm. Be soft. Be almost at a whisper. Then you will be heard. All right. Yes. Thank you. Thank you. Our love to you. And over the next three days, pleasant dream. Thank you. You're going to have some interesting conversations. All right? Yes. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
