Part 1
I have another question also. Yes. Or a couple. So I've had this pain in my ankle recently, and I haven't really discovered a reason except for maybe to inspire this question. All right. If I choose to shift to a reality where I am physically healthy and don't have physical pain, is it the same as like shifting a belief? like, okay, now I'm shifting to reality where I don't feel any pain in my ankle. And even though I feel it still physically, it's just that echo that you talk about. All right, this will require a little bit of in-depth exploration. First of all, listen to your phrasing. If I shift into another reality, well, I still feel the pain. If you actually truly understand that everything, that every time you shift into another reality, you're not the same person, literally, then what you actually become is a person not only who doesn't have the pain, you become a person who doesn't have the pain because they never had the pain. You understand the difference? Yes. Big difference. You are already always shifting. Right now you're shifting, as we said, billions of times per second. You are becoming literally. billions of different people per second. The question is, why are you creating each of those new people to have a similar experience? What definition are you creating over and over and over again so that each of those people are defining themselves in a similar fashion in order to have a similar experience? What is your greatest fear? My greatest fear? Yes. No nambi-pambi stuff. Your greatest one. You see, many times when many people on your planet say, well, I'm not really sure what it is that's holding me back. I'm not really sure what it is that I'm afraid of. I'm not really sure what my negative definitions might be. The easiest way to find out is to simply actually out is to simply ask the question, well, what is the most terrifying thing you imagine will happen if you move in the direction of your highest joy? So by giving over to the fear, by amplifying and magnifying it, by asking that question, then you will understand more clearly what your negative definitions are that are creating the experiences that you are having. So what's your greatest fear? I would say to discover it discover that my belief that I can shift is not actually true. All right, but I've already told you that you're shifting all the time. Yeah. You see, again, this is where definition really comes in handy. Because if you truly understand the nature of the structure of existence, you will know that you are shifting all the time, that you can't help but shift. all the time, that it's your nature to shift all the time, and so you won't have to spend your focus wondering how to shift or if you can shift.
Part 2
you're shifting all the time. This is similar to the ideas we have discussed, like trust and doubt. Many people on your planet say, oh, well, I have doubt. It's very, very hard to trust in something I prefer all the time. No, it's not. No. This is only seemingly difficult because of your definition of doubt. Your definition of doubt on your planet typically is that it is a lack of trust, and this is absolutely false. Doubt is not a lack of trust. It is a 100% trust in something you don't prefer. You see the difference? What that means is when you realize you're always trusting something to be true, if you were not always trusting in something, to be true, you would have no experience at all. But the idea is that when you understand that there really is no such thing as doubt, or at least doubt is not a lack of trust, then you can understand that it isn't about learning to trust. Trust comes automatically. It's about allowing yourself to choose what you prefer to trust in. And that's very different than the whole idea of, oh my goodness, now I have to learn to trust. No, you don't. Trust is automatic. Shifting is automatic. It's what you do. So now it's about getting a handle, getting a hold of, becoming more aware of the fact that you're choosing to shift in the way that you are shifting, and it's about learning what it is you prefer to shift to instead of assuming that you have to learn to shift or assuming that you don't. If you didn't shift, you would have no experience what's going. whatsoever. Remember what we describe time as? Time is the side effect of shifting. So the fact that you are actually having a space-time experience means you're shifting right now. You've shifted billions and billions and billions of billions of times in the course of this conversation, which has been recreated in every single shift. In order for you to have this experience you call continuity. It's an illusion. It's an illusion. You're creating the continuity. You don't have to create as much continuity.

the side effect of shifting. If you understand that you wish to define the next shift in a particular way that does not in any way, shape or form include any of the definitions that were contained in the person that is in that other reality that you were pretending to be a moment ago, then the person you are now will have absolutely no experiences that are common with that person, which is not you. It may be you as a person. may be you as an oversaw, but it's not you as a person. Person is an artificial construct. Person is a temporary mask. You are bigger than that. Make sense? Yes. So when the idea of the bigger you shifts its focus through the eyes of a different personality version of you, it is literally a different person. And whatever you choose to choose to choose to believe the definition of that person is is what that person experiences him or herself to be. But you have to know that that's what's happening. So that when you understand how the mechanism works, you will then define it clearly and experience it clearly from the clear definition, instead of the muddled definitions that you're throwing at yourself that then perpetuate the experience you don't prefer because you don't have a clear definition of the mechanism that's happening. Makes sense? Yes, so I so, okay, so I choose to become this new person. No, no, no, no. Not choose to become, choose to be. Ah. When you say become, you will always be becoming. Thank you. When you choose to be that person, then you will have the experience that person has. Makes sense? Yes, thank you for the clarity. You're welcome.
