To reminisce for a moment in all the different situations you have created in your life, many of which you have felt to be situations of difficulty, situations that allow you to be ill at ease, situations that allow you to feel pain, suffering, or awful, striving, struggling, creating in your life the idea of effort, being tired, straining, trying to achieve that what you so strongly desire in your life. Each one of these situations has been, and can be looked at at this time by you, as an opportunity, to allow yourself to hold me along, shall we take a focus? take a focus to advise your definition as to what it is you truly desire in your life. Now all of these ideas, all of the situations you have felt to be negative, they no longer need to exist, in all reality, they did not need to exist then. You obeying yourself, castizing the judging yourself for having created those situations will only add to the repetition of those negative cycles in your life. If you each and everyone actually understand that you are an expanding view, if in your life in any way shake or forth you are now of a mind to expand your sensitivities into more understanding of yourself. If you have labeled the idea of your life now as that of any sort of spiritual quest, spiritual expansion, spiritual understanding, for the ideas of the expression of ease of creation, effortlessness, joy and ecstasy in your life, the creations of your lives in the manner you desire to create them if you have expressed this at all at this time. Then simply recognize that everything you have done is a part of that has brought you to where you are now, and there is no need to layer guilt upon guilt upon yourself. thinking yourself to have been inadequate at any given moment. But simply understand that your society, being what it was, is awakening, in essence from a great slumber, is awakening in a sense, out of the idea that you have endured in your societies for thousands upon thousands of your age. Give yourself. Give yourself to do not be so hard upon your hands in the ideas of what you are creating in your life. In the ideas of attempting to manifest what you desire in your life, do not be so hard upon yourself. Now we have discussed with you many times that the present is not the result of the past.
Part 2
you have endured in your societies for thousands upon thousands of your age. Give yourself. Give yourself to do not be so hard upon your hands in the ideas of what you are creating in your life. In the ideas of attempting to manifest what you desire in your life, do not be so hard upon yourself. Now we have discussed with you many times that the present is not the result of the past. But since you do have the idea of being in the habit of being a linear creature, A creature, if you will, of time and space, of being of time, linear time, continuum time, then it still may take you a little while to allow your dozen truly get in touch with your capacity to truly live in the moment, in the now, and not feel in effect so greatly of time as you have known time to exist, not create the beliefs with you. create the beliefs within you that you feel the past tugging on you, holding you down. For it does not hold you down. Only your idea that it holds you down, hold you down. And even that is not really holding you down. For it is allowing you to explore another idea, another facet of existence, to allow you once again the opportunity to focus in and home in on what it is you truly prefer. You'll see the paradox of life is that when you allow where you are at any given moment to be exactly where you need to be, you paradoxically accelerate that much more quickly into where it is you would rather prefer to be. For an invalidating where you are right now, the you yourself are responsible for removing the stepping stone. and allowing yourself to take the next. If you allow where you are to be the result of your own choosing, then you allow yourself to be completely responsible and completely in control of the situation at an equal moment. Thus, you validate yourself all the way down in the linear timeline you have created. Any moment you have lived, positive or negative, was worthwhile in place. was worthwhile in being there. And if you validate yourself along every given point in time that you have ever experienced, then you will continue to validate yourself no matter what occurs in your life. And again, paradoxically, when you do that, you will only discover positive manifestations cropping up in your life moment after now existing. Simplicity, allow yourself to keep the ideas in your life simple. simple, no matter what they may appear to be, no matter in what form the situations may occur around you. Trust. Trust that it is there for a reason. Trust that it has a positive manifestation, a positive capability, and belongs in your life. It gives you the opportunity to live.

only discover positive manifestations cropping up in your life moment after now existing. Simplicity, allow yourself to keep the ideas in your life simple. simple, no matter what they may appear to be, no matter in what form the situations may occur around you. Trust. Trust that it is there for a reason. Trust that it has a positive manifestation, a positive capability, and belongs in your life. It gives you the opportunity to live. It gives you the opportunity to see what you believe your life to be because your physical reality is created from what you believe most strongly that your physical reality is. Now, many times we have said this also goes with what you may fear it to be, for that is the same thing as having a very strong belief. But keep it simple. If you choose to have fear, if you find yourself having fear in your life, still that whatever you are experiencing is there for a reason, if only to allow you to be a life perhaps, that you no longer need to experience it in a fearful way, to understand that perhaps you do not prefer it to come in a fearful way. But the only thing you need to do, to allow it to transform into something not fearful, is to acknowledge that the fear is there for a reason and allow yourself to delve into it. Accept it, acknowledge it, let it into your life and say, all right, all right, I am afraid, I am having fear. I am having fear. So far. It is all right. I have chosen it through my belief system since I am having it. I obviously believe that whatever situation is going on in my life is fearful to me. Now I am aware that I have fear along this line. Now I am aware I have fear regarding this idea, regarding this situation, regarding this belief. And now that means I have been shown by the situation that I have this fear. It is now out in the open, no longer buried in my subconscious, no longer buried in my unconscious, it in my unconscious, it is right now in my conscious mind. The fear is allowing me to live in the world. I am now aware of what I believe. Now that I see it, if I don't refer it, I can change the definition. Because the situation has allowed you to see what the definition that you believe in is. And once you see what it is, you can change it. And as you change that evolution, trust that that that new definition is real for you, act as if it is real for you. And then your physical reality, just like it always has done, will have no choice but to show you that you do express, in physical life, what you believe to be true.

What you truly put out is what you get back. It may come in many different forms. It may not appear in one person's definition to be what is representative of what a person is putting out. But if examined closely enough, it will always be seen to these things. It is simply that you have so many subtle definition. When you simplify, simplify the definitions that you give to the events in your life, then your life itself will become simplified, clarifying, and quite transparent. Life is easy. Life is simple. Let it work for you. For work it does. It always has. It works now, and it always will, because existence is forever. You all follow along. Again, I'll fight with him. Sure! You. Thank you. And what may be termed, although this is not necessarily a term that exists in your society yet, but we will use it anyway. What may be termed the ethereo-magnetic reality. A synchronous, synchronous harmony of wavelength vibration of mental pattern in this harmonious mental pattern, harmonious in the sense of it being linked with the ethereal magnetic field of your planet, for one reason or another. When the ethereromagnetic and electromagnetic fields of your planet go into states of high flux as they do periodically, an individual may find themselves to be locked in to that vibration and as the vibrational rate accelerates, their physiological structures may not be able to handle the acceleration. Thus, they will experience the idea you have observed as rapid oxidation. Spontaneous combustion, as you call it. You will find that the highest peaks of electromagnetic activity upon your planet will correspond to the highest peaks of spontaneous combustion. It is simply that these individuals have in a sense wandered into the frequency range, and once they identify with it, should it fluctuate, should it shift, many times, since they are unaware of what they have done to begin with, they will go right along with it. But their body cannot contain such a rapid acceleration. Cannot ride with that particular type of flow. You follow. Allow yourself, therefore, to recognize that many such individuals who have experienced this idea, first of all, we're at the timing of the ending of their physiological life. And in a sense, whether consciously or not, generally speaking it is not conscious or have not been conscious in your society, will lock into a methodology that will take them out rather rapidly. Most of these individuals, or a great number of them have, in your terms, been relatively immobile in their lives. And in this way, you will find that it is their way, in a sense, of taking themselves out rapidly, painlessly, without having to become involved in what you would call an accident, so to speak. In this way, they are simply indicating that they have truly accelerated their energy beyond the physical plane. And in this sense, it is, shall we say, like a slingshot effect for them. They propel themselves into the aetheric and astral planes quite rapidly. Now, some of them have experienced great dispersal, some of them have experienced highly focused energization through the same effect. Some people will be dispersed, spread out by the effect. In the aftermath of their death, some will be highly focused. some will be highly focused, it can depend upon their conscious state at the time of the dispersion. Generally speaking, however, they all were simply individuals who were highly sensitized to the shifting in the Earth's electromagnetic field, and simply, whether consciously or unconsciously, decided to make that their way, shall we say, of checking out, by riding the magnetic waves to its crest. Consciousness impinges itself upon the electromagnetic field, the idea of itself as an electromagnetic field, and creates the representation in physical reality of consciousness that you call your mind. The ethereal magnetic field is associated to this idea and is responsible to some degree for the manifestations you call the atomic forces that bind together the energy particles you call atomic structures. It is another aspect of the electromagnetic mental field, but its particular phase vibration is geared toward the gathering together of and the creation, or let us say, accretion of physical particles. Okay. And the problem is... Does working on doing what excites you the most excite you? Um, then that's good. All right. Then why not simply do what excites you the most rather than work on? What excites you the most at any given moment that you are capable of and being given the opportunity to act upon with the resources you have at hand? That is the full definition. Do what excites you the most that you are capable of doing at any given moment. That will always lead and grant you the ability to act upon all the other phases of what excites you the most. You follow them? No, I don't. All right. It's very simple. Go ahead. The things that are exciting the most probably have, I mean, there are steps that are making for identity so to speak with that does not mean that the steps themselves cannot be representative of what also excites you the most. But those steps do not? Yes, yes, yes. You just are invalidating. You just are invalidating. them because your definitions of them won't let you see what they are. Now, may I ask you a question. Why are you here the reading of your time? Did it excite you to come to you? Well, then. It was not so difficult. That was a step. I understand that. All right. One moment, one moment. Slow down. Slow down. What will you do when you leave? Is that what will be the most exciting thing to you? All right. Right, then do that.

You think that because it doesn't have the appearance of getting you any closer, that it isn't. But if it truly is what excites you the most. Now here is the key. If what you are doing truly is at that moment what excites you the most, then it is getting you closer, whether it appears to be or not. That one moment. One moment. Now, where the honesty in communication with yourself comes into play is in truly asking yourself if you really really are doing what excites you the most at any given moment, or are you actually doing those things because you are running from something else? All right, very good. There is the honest communication that is necessary. Really examine and look around to see what is available to you, for you may find you may be avoiding what really could be exciting, but what is really excited to you is coming in the form of anxiety or fear because you are invalidating your capability of doing it. capability of doing it. Many times people will run from the thing that actually excites them the most because they are experiencing the excitement as anxiety or fear. And they are only experiencing the excitement, which is of course, as we have said, the same energy as anxiety or fear, they are only experiencing it that way because they are invalidating their capability of doing that sense.

Many times people will run from the thing that actually excites them the most because they are experiencing the excitement as anxiety or fear. And they are only experiencing the excitement, which is of course, as we have said, the same energy as anxiety or fear, they are only experiencing it that way because they are invalidating their capability of doing that sense. So they run from it and say, oh, well, this is really more exciting than that. You see, if I was really excited about that, well, I wouldn't be fearful of it, but that's not necessarily so. That's not necessarily so. Anxiety and excitement are the same energy. One that is invalidated and one that is not. So many times your clue as to what excites you the most may be that which also causes you the most anxiety. You follow me? Yeah. All right. That is where the honest communication comes in and your ability to cease invalidating what you are truly capable of doing. So we would suggest that you reassess the things that are available for you to act upon at any given moment in your life and see where you really may be stopping yourself from recognizing what it is that does excite you at any given moment, simply because you think you can't do it for one reason or another, or think you shouldn't do it for one reason or another. All right. One moment. Is this settling into you? Or is there something else you would bring down? No. Alright. Let me drink. Okay. How does what you have to do you make and then bypass? All right, now you do not really have to completely bypass. bypass the analytical mind. You are still a physiological being. You still have an ego structure because the definition of the ego is to keep you firmly focused in physical reality while you are there. And so reasoning is not something you should necessarily just throw out the window. However, it does take a degree of sensitivity, of honesty, and openness with yourself, and many times this is why individuals in your society will find great benefit by whatever method they care to. whatever method they care to, of participating in your meditation, your sendering, truly getting in touch with yourself, getting to know yourself, getting to truly feel and sense out within your very being what it is that moves you, what it is you truly know to be true for you. And when you allow yourself to feel that flow, feel the river that flows through you in that way, feel the natural conduit, strength that connects you to the infant creation. Then, when you ask yourself a question, whether it be internally or out loud, you will begin to recognize that bit by bit, the answer will be there.

And generally speaking, it is the first thing that comes to mind. Now, where the analysis, as you are referring to, may be prone to be more negative than positive, simply when you distrable. You distrust that first thing, and you start picking it apart, looking for the thing that must be the more real reason, the more real answer. But recognize that your imagination, your mind, and your consciousness are absolutely 100% fully capable of providing you with the precise answer the first time you asked the question, and it all the first time you ask the question. And it always actually does. Whether you ignore it or not is up to you. But how you can pay more attention to it is to first of all, completely and totally validate yourself in all the ways that you are. All the ways that you are. Even if you think yourself to be overly analytical, validate yourself even in that way. Because then you think yourself to be overly analytical, you will remove the focus from it. When you let yourself be all right the way you are, then you are not constantly paying attention to the way you are not. And by constantly paying attention to the way you are not, that's the only thing that you see in your life, and you don't pay attention to the way you are. You follow me. So allow yourself in relaxation to let yourself be the way you are, and you follow you. way you are and then the answer will come to you in a way that will allow the way you are to take advantage of it. You both? Of course. You don't have to ask if you can ask. You began to be an answer to say that it was important to find yourself and consider yourself and realize that all right. Nice. Now. Well, that's something that in my head sounds great, and yet the efforts to do it comes to a lot of reasons. One moment. Now, listen to your first clue. Here is your first clue. Many times in your society, because of the way you have been taught, your words, your phrases in and of themselves, are in a sense, the only thing reinforcing what appears to be, appears to be, the difficulty you say you are having. Many times you will find it is only the phrase, I am having difficulty doing this, that actually creates the difficulty in doing it. You follow me.

Here is your first clue. Many times in your society, because of the way you have been taught, your words, your phrases in and of themselves, are in a sense, the only thing reinforcing what appears to be, appears to be, the difficulty you say you are having. Many times you will find it is only the phrase, I am having difficulty doing this, that actually creates the difficulty in doing it. You follow me. You see, your society has caught itself up in what you colloquially call a catch-22. The idea of many times that you don't know even realize you are perpetuating the cycles you don't prefer simply because you believe that those cycles exist. You are basing your inability upon an idea that seems natural to you but carries no more weight than any other ideas. You give weight to the idea that you have difficulty. And only because you give weight to the idea you have difficulty do you have difficulty. It is that close to the surface. It is no more mysterious and no more intertwined a mechanism than that. We understand that while you are in the illusion, it may seem to be something you cannot get a grip on, but that is all there is to it. That is, that is, let us say, quote unquote, for a moment, just to use your own terminology, that is the insidiousness of the traffic. It is almost non-executive. It is almost non-executive. existence. You have been taught to think that the phrase, this is difficult for me because of my past experiences, has to have anything at all to do with what you are doing now. You are in the habit of thinking in linear time. This leads to that. This leads to that. I have had this experience before, therefore I will always have this experience again as long as I do that. You follow me. This is simply a habit of progression analysis. Now, the idea in this way is to simply recognize within yourself that the present is not the result of the path. Each moment is a discrete and separate and total moment, a total universe unto itself. And if you choose to change the definition of this present moment, then it will have nothing to do with any past moment you have ever lived. Now, we understand what it feels like. like to you to say, well, I've had the experience before. Why should I not have that experience again? Because belief creates experience. Experience reinforces belief, which then recreates experience, which re-reinforces belief, which re-reinforces belief, which re-recreates experience, and so on. But the belief was there before the first time you ever had an experience. It has to be. There is no other way around it. Belief creates experience. Now, you were unaware, consciously, of the original belief that created the original perhaps negative experience.

Why should I not have that experience again? Because belief creates experience. Experience reinforces belief, which then recreates experience, which re-reinforces belief, which re-reinforces belief, which re-recreates experience, and so on. But the belief was there before the first time you ever had an experience. It has to be. There is no other way around it. Belief creates experience. Now, you were unaware, consciously, of the original belief that created the original perhaps negative experience. But once the negative experience was in your life, that is what showed you you had the original belief. Now, because of the way your society has to your society has taught you to believe, what you usually wind up doing is allowing the experience to only reinforce the original belief, which then, of course, once again, recreates the experience. Rather than take the approach and the attitude of saying, ah, I have had this experience, and that means I had the belief in me first. What it was, I have held as a belief within me all this time, now I have the opportunity to redefine the belief as I prefer it to be. Now, after you redefine the belief, your reality will conform to fit the new belief, and you will not recreate the same experience because you will not be reinforcing the enforcing the bold belief. You will allow the experience to show you what the belief was so you can change it. It is not that the experience is there to make you feel like nothing can be changed, which is often how your society tends to look at it. Oh, I always make this experience, this experience always happens to me, poor me. I am stuck in this idea for the rest of my life. These things always seem to happen to me. Nothing happens to you. It happens from you. Is any of this being of a sister? Absolutely. Re-capitulate, yes. Would I be correctly saying that each moment has something? Absolutely. It is its own beginning, middle and ending. Each moment is its own complete universe. Whatever you choose to define it to be, that is the feedback in your physical reality you will get. If you act like you believe in the new definition, it is that simple. Does that assist you? Find you bat him up. much. Yes. Then you. Many, many, many, many of them. Many of them, too. Many of them have different forms of language, many different styles of understanding. Many different styles of understanding. That does not even occur in your own planet all the way across the board. There are many cultures even on your own planet that do not structure their language in the same way you do. There are many societies on your own planet that have absolutely no reference to themselves as an individual. You follow them? Yeah. I think the bottom of our understanding is by language behind of being considered some of the people. All right.

Allow yourself to simply recognize it when you will and use it as you can. But realize many times that when you hear yourself, very often, you will get a much clearer understanding of why the reality. that happens, quote, unquote, to you, keeps happening, quote, unquote, to you. Because to hear many of you speak, you constantly, very openly, reinforce that reality, simply because of the phrases you use to represent the way you think. But that is not necessarily to say that you have to fall back on the idea as an excuse. That may have been something that you have been locked into, but now that you are aware of it, you are unlocked from it. are unlocked from it. It is that simple. Yes. Telepathy, first of all, goes on between you all the time, whether you are consciously aware of it or not. You are in constant communication not only with every member of your society, but every being within creation. Telepathy, though, in your terms, may make use, let us say, as a mechanism, of the electromagnetic field of your planet, and may be seen to be, as a mechanism, a mental phenomena, it is, in all actuality, and emotional phenomenon. Telepathy is emotionally activated. Very simply put, as we have said a few times, to love them is to know them. Not the way you usually use that phrase. Yes. Yes. Their language noise that noise It is not dissimilar to your own, but it will contain many different aspects that yours simply has no need of and vice versa. Is it a smaller part of their book? Oh, yes. Using the face of plot on the darkened groups. Yes. Yes. It is not the largest part of their language, what you fear. Now, there are many techniques available in your society's literature about the idea of out of body inducement. You can avail yourself of these, if you will. Have you done so at all? For many times you will find that an individual who is in your terms dreaming and that all of a sudden in the dream knows they are dreaming, that is a nexus point. It is an access doorway. They can at that point know they are out of their body if they choose to have that idea at that point. So simply give it to yourself as a suggestion that in your dream reality at any given moment you will have and attract to your in that reality, an opportunity to realize that you are out of your body and then it will be soon, and you will have the conscious recognition that you desire. All right. First of all, however, simply relax. Don't try so hard. Try and causes tension and you are far less likely to have a memory of an out-of-body experience when you are tense. Enjoy where you are. You are ready for it, as many individuals are ready. individuals are ready for it, but again, the timing of the event as you have chosen to live it, has also been of service to you and allowed you to understand many, many things that once you begin to have conscious recollection of your out-of-body experiences again, will be able to be utilized in those experiences to your great appreciation. Animal consciousness in general, though they are their own consciousness, is in general, a reflection of the mass consciousness of your entire civilization. They are guide, they are mirrors, they are reflections, and they have generally representational symbols in your society, such as the dog basically, basically represents service. Basically. but it can have many personal meanings according to the different individuals that form relationships with them. You follow. But basically, in that way, the dog represents that which gives service, support, and absolutely uncritical love. Go follow. Thank you. Could I just have a clarification here. All right, just so on. They are knowingness. They are your natural knowingness. They do not need the analysis. You follow me. Right, so they're more evolved. Not really. When you say more evolved, really, there is many, many different meanings to evolution that your society does not yet understand. yet understand. They are, not so much the idea more evolved, but would you understand what you mean when you use that connotation? In the sense that you also are learning or remembering to become more instinctive as they seem to be, in that sense they may represent a step in your own evolution. But in the overall sense, you are simply reflections of each other and not one is really more evolved than the other, although in an outside I, for now I will use that term, in an outside scale of evolution, combined animal consciousness from time to time, can, quote unquote, transform, evolve into a conglomerate human consciousness. Now I use the term human loosely, because the same degree of consciousness that you are certainly does not have to be human and on many different worlds isn't. However, The idea simply for now is that they reflect all the different instinctual portions, the knowing portions of your natural self, your connections to nature. They are their own beings, but they serve you utterly through their own expression, to their own existence. It is not that they, quote-unquote, however, made a conscious choice to do so. They simply are what they are, by definition. You follow it. I cannot, that's a statement. They shouldn't go to the choice. Alright, I understand how you mean that. Understand something. We are not in any way, shape, or form taking anything away from them. It is a choice, but what we are saying is that the way they make choice is not the same way you make choice with reason. They choose because they know. You choose because you can't. Therefore, when one simply knows, it is not really like a choice has been made. A decision has not been made. Only you create decisions.
