We will extend to you in the recognition of your cultural parameters, the idea of what you call your Happy New Year. We would like to begin with these ideas on our agenda this day of your time, and we thank you for establishing the link through this doorway, through this gateway at this time. Each and every time we are afforded the ability to communicate with your civilization in this way. It expands for us our understanding of the infinite and all the ways it can express itself, so we thank you for this gift. We would like to begin by again establishing a thing we have begun to talk about with regard to your new orbit, since every year, as you call them, has a certain frequency, a certain energy, a certain symbology, and remind you that what we are picking up, up on now in your collective consciousness is that as we have labeled your past year, the year of breakdown and breakthrough, that will continue as an energy and more and more of the things that are not representative of your true self will begin to fall away, break away, and no longer be capable of working for you. The things that are not of your frequency, the frequency of your core, the frequency of your joy, will dissolve and melt away in your life, or if you insist upon holding on to them will cause you no end of trouble if you do. They will no longer be capable of working, and that they give you trouble is an indication and a prompting to let them go and trust that what will work for you, what is more representative of your frequency, will come in and will support you. But we would like to go beyond that idea now at this time, even though the energy of the breakdown and breakthrough will continue, we would like to now add a different assignment of meaning to your present year as your collective consciousness expands and matures and grows, it is now becoming what you might term loosely the year of guardianship. And what this basically means is that there is going to be more and more and more interaction, more awareness of the interaction that is going on between you and your guides, your spirit guides in that sense, but at the same time that is going to be more and more ability, more and more opportunity for each and every one of you to begin to perform, more. more in your own guardianship of your planet, and allow yourselves to become far more active and involved in your ability to take responsibility for the kind of changes that perhaps may be necessary on your planet to help it transform into the kind of world you say you want it to be.

So you're now awakening to your capability to play your part by being your full self and acting according to the opportunities that present themselves to you that contain the highest degree of joy and excitement that will allow you to be of great assistance in helping your world make a transformation in a positive and a constructive way, rather than having to, as it has in the past, go through transformation in a negative and destructive way. There may still on your planet be certain unfoldments of transformation that may be experienced in what you would recognize or label as a negative or destructive methodology. But this again is simply part and parcel of the energy of the area, of the consciousness of the area, and in some senses you always have had and have more opportunity now to realize that you have the ability to allow the transformations that need to take place, to take place smoothly, effortlessly, and do you have the ability to allow the transformations that need to take place smoothly, effortlessly, and joyfully as you change your frequency and your energy of what is possible for you by changing your definitions of life. Because what you experience in your physiological reality only stems from the strongest definitions or belief that you have been taught to believe is possible about physical reality. And when you change those beliefs and change those definitions, change those labels and assignments of meaning, you get a very different effect in your physiological world because the physical reality is but the projection or the the shadow of the soul. The idea also is to understand that as you expand yourselves and become more of yourselves and become more awake and aware of who and what you really are as beings of consciousness, rather than just being focused in physiological reality, you will begin to realize that there are many dialogues that you have been having and can consciously have with other realms, other levels, even other than spirit, other dimensions, other beings, other beings. other beings have been communicating and sending energy as well as our civilization for quite some time, and you can become far more aware of this now.

At the same time, you will realize that as you expand in this way and open up dialogues in the non-physical realms more consciously, there will be more and more growing opportunity for interaction in a physiological and face-to-face modality, and you will find that within the next year and two of your time, your 1996, as you call it, your 1990, 1997, as you call it upcoming, there will actually be very strong opportunity for some, as you would say, groundbreaking encounters happening physiologically on your planet, though it may not be with whom you think. We would at this time remind many of you that we have heretofore mentioned that we would put together an idea called the Interface Laboratory Workshop, which was being designed for the purpose of helping train many people on your planet to become familiar with what it takes, as you say, to establish literal dialogues face-to-face dialogues with what you call extraterrestrial species. We, in some senses, watch the time frame and the timing of your planet very closely to determine when it would be appropriate to introduce this information and begin the training sequences that will allow more and more and more of you to really function as physiological, diplomats and representatives of your society when and where these encounters would then take place in your future time. We, as you say, pulled back a bit in recognizing that there were many different kinds of changes taking place and many different more levels of information leaking out into your society which changed, as you say, the stakes. And thus, we recognize now that certain things have come to light, certain bits of information have now become public. And in so doing, afford you the opportunity to take advantage of certain ideas, certain techniques that already exist in your civilization, that will help train you for these interactions, for there are many kinds of changes that must occur within your recognition of consciousness before you will be prepared as a planet to interact with other civilizations who are already very familiar with traversing space, time, and dimensionality. This information, now that it exists in your society, precludes any need for us to introduce to you the form of the Interface Laboratory Workshop. You have done it on your own. You have brought the information into your own society through your collective consciousness understanding and allowed a member of your society to access information relatively accurately. We would say that given the vagaries of your ability to extend your minds and your consciousness to other realms, we will find that there is still within this work entitled the Cosmic Voyage, an astonishing 97% accuracy rate. If you want to know in many ways what is going on with many of the interactions taking place between your species and other realms of consciousness, and you want to know what are the specific techniques and technologies and methodologies for establishing diplomatic relations and for accelerating your ability to conduct such interactions, simply suggest you acquire that volume. These things, when pure and applied sparingly, to various portions of your physiological body, will in a very short order have profound healing effects. And even in through what you call, aromatherapeutic techniques can activate the brain to release these certain chemicals in your body that will also take you back to a natural state of health. We are not discounting other ideas. It is simply that you will find you now have on your planet an array of alternative methodologies that you simply need to explore and discover which perhaps are most beneficial for your particular needs, since everyone on your planet is different. At the same time, we would remind each and every one of you. The idea is to not out-of-hand discount any methodology, even some of those that may be representative of your typical medical science. It will simply be, according to whatever situation is at hand, at the moment, what is representative of the path of least resistance and most align with the belief systems that will work best for you. Do you understand? Yes and no, maybe. But again, you will find monotomics can be of great assistance, especially, especially in their natural form, which means in that sense as they are imbued and infused in many of the natural foodstuffs on your planet. Again, most efficacious, such as what you call the Esiak teas, and the idea of what you call the carrot juices and the Concord grape juices, which have high amounts of the monotomic eridium and rhodium necessary for the alignment of your brain chemistry, which then dictates and controls the remainder of your bodily chemistry. And the idea is. now in that you have lightened up, so to speak, is to allow yourself more ease, more gentility in that way, but at the same time, more solidity, more grounding in that way, so that you cannot allow these things that you are exploring to necessarily take on the aspect or attitude of great mysterious things, but to look at them pragmatically and practically and practically and apply them in such a way and in such an attitude in your physiological reality, because there is a lot of work that must be done in the transformation of your planet. So rather than keeping these things, in the idea of a mysterious attitude and approaching them in that way enigmatically. It is now time to be more open, more direct, and more clear in the communication within yourself so that you can be more clear in your activities and communication externally with regard to the things that need to be done both in your life and externally in regards to how you can be of assistance on your planet. The idea is to recognize that when you experience the concept of joy in any form, even if it is simply balanced peace, what you're actually experiencing is your physical translation of your signature vibration, the vibration that represents the unique you, the energy being that you are. Everyone has a frequency. You follow me? Yes. Everything in creation, in physical reality, is a frequency of consciousness, of energy. That frequency of your true. core natural self, the one most truly you, the one most harmoniously aligned with what you chose to be in this life, is experienced, is translated by your physical body into the sensation you call excitement, happiness, love, joy. So, the reason why you need to act only on those things that give you the highest joy, the highest excitement is because by doing so, you are being most truly, most naturally aligned with yourself. your real, true, natural self. And by doing so, you create and unfold a life that functions holistically, because you're acting as more of your true self, rather than segregating and separating yourself into components that then are not connected in that sense. But by following your joy, you allow yourself to function as the complete kit you were designed to be by creation. And by doing that, you will recognize very rapidly that you contain everything you need to allow synchrony synchronicity to unfold in your life, timing to unfold in your life in such a way as to always bring you the opportunities, people, places, situations and circumstances exactly when you need them, exactly where you need them, so that you are constantly supported in simply the act of being your total self. Those can also be considered pragmatic suggestions, but that will depend upon each and every individual and perhaps sometimes even on the individual. circumstances they are experiencing at that time as to exactly what methodology or process will work best for them in that moment, pragmatically and mechanically speaking. But fundamentally, if an individual is willing to believe, to trust, to have as their highest, most clear, most heartfelt definition, that whatever circumstance at every moment contains the highest degree of joy and are willing to act on it to the best degree they are capable of doing so and believes wholeheartedly that that will support them, even if they cannot intellectually understand how that might be so, you will always see that it is so and you will always be accelerated in that direction. You will become more integrated, more holistic, more expanded, and it will become soon very consciously evident how you can continue to do so as long as you choose to wish to. It is, to some degree, to put it in what you might call the most simple terms, simply par for the course of the territory of the degree of physiological separation you have chosen to experience as a species. You do, in fact, also reinforce the ability of certain other life forms to manifest out of that field. Now, of course, again, remember that everything is a matter, everything is a matter of perspective, and where one individual may be, as yourself at this point, a science certain kinds of negative labels to certain things, other individuals may see them as quite positive. Now I will tell you this, first of all, before we go on. Remember that every situation, and I mean every situation, no exceptions, they are fundamentally to begin with, neutral. They have no built-in meaning whatsoever, not an iota, not an ounce, not an atom, not a crumb. Okay, so what's your point, Bashar? I'm getting there. Oh, mighty impatient one. Now, you already know that many of the symbols associated with certain animals, to some degree, do represent what might be called their archetypal symbology, such as with your animal, the pigeon, has been associated, Many times, very, very, very consciously, many of you know this, with the concept of sending messages. consciousness of your species, while at the same time they are reflective, symbolically reflective, of many different aspects. Now, you already know that many of the symbols associated with certain animals, to some degree, do represent what might be called their archetypal symbology, such as with your animal, the pigeon, has been associated, Many times, very, very, very consciously, many of you know this, with the concept of sending messages. You understand? Right. Carrier pigeons. In that sense, therefore, they form a type of glue, a type of matrix, of communication, in that sense. And as you hear them cooing to each other, it is a constant background's soft babble of communication and information, letting you know that there is a bubbling stream of information that you can tap into. that they are aware of that you may have put so far down in your subconscious that you have no access to it anymore. So they are there to remind you of that gently and softly. Now, with regard to insects, of course, it will depend upon the specific species and sometimes even the specific insect. But again, remember, everything is a part of the ecosystem that has been created on your planet and all has, at the very least, a biological reason for existing in terms of balancing the entire ecosystem the entire ecological system of your planet, but also everything has symbology in terms of how they relate to their interactions with you and how you attract these things into your life. We would suggest to some degree that if you find yourself getting antsy, it might be in some senses that you are, as we have already suggested, impatient with yourself for not getting on about the business of being yourself in your life. doing the things you really need to be doing, and they may in some senses be literally bugging you to move in a different direction. So the idea is to take a good, hard look within, what a soft one, but a deep one. An honest one. Make an assessment of your environment and find out what definitional beliefs may be invading your true sense. true self. May in that sense be intruding upon your true self and your ability to really create and attract into your life the environment you wish. A positive meaning to it, you cannot understand how in fact it may be serving you. Even if something comes into your life for the purpose of recognizing it's not what you prefer, that's still serving you to put you in touch with that recognition. And you have to literally, in many ways, validate, acknowledge, and bless what you're is happening because if you don't, you are invalidating it and cannot allow it to serve you to put you in touch with what it is you do prefer. At the same time, check your definitions of things because in many cases it simply may be your definition of something that is allowing it to create in your life a negative effect instead of a positive one, which it could. Every physical object, every being, every circumstance, every situation, every situation, can perform double duty, positive or negative. The effect can be. But the why of how that happens is that if you automatically unconsciously have been taught to assign a negative meaning, you see something you go, this means that, it is bad, automatically, without even knowing you're doing it, you then begin to think it is in fact automatically bad, automatically negative. And by thinking that, by validating that, and only that, that's the only effect you can get out of the situation. Even if you cannot intellectually at first understand in specific detail how a certain event could serve you in a positive way, trust that it is. When you trust that it is and relax away from step back from the automatic assignment of negative, meaning you will create a space that that will allow you to finally see how the situation does in fact positively serve you. But what we are saying is that if they do still come in when you make that recognition, then they are doing so for the same reason of bringing your attention to something you need to look at. And eventually, yes, that will probably change. At the same time, and I know this may sound strange to you now, when you change your frequency, you may actually want some of them to be there. You may actually learn to enjoy what some of them represent. Now, in some of the cultures on your frequency, you may actually learn to enjoy what some of them represent. Now, in some of the cultures on your planet, the cricket represents good luck. Right. It again represents that a message has been delivered, that it is in that sense filling your space with a certain vibration of contentment and communication. But you have to look within yourself. First, for the definitions you already have about these things, find out why you have those definitions and to change them to the definitions you would prefer to have so that you can start assigning positive meanings to the reality that is happening instead of trying to erect more walls and shut it out. Right. Which will only eventually bring the whole thing collapsing down and expose you totally. Okay. You have to drop them yourselves in order to be in control and in charge of what it is that then interacts with you. You follow? Yes. But again, when you clean up your definitions, you will find that many of the things that interact with you, that before you may have leveled negative experiences, may no longer be negative to you. Now, is there any, if I kill these bugs, that doesn't mean anything. There will always be more. So, I mean, it's not a big, carmic thing, like don't harm anything. Let's go back to the core issue briefly. Okay. Again, understand this. There are many different details associated with many different kinds of symbols that may occur in any one of your lives. But always, they always. all hinge on the core issue, and that is, are you doing in your life the things that really excite you the most that are really your truth or not? Okay. And when you start becoming more of yourself by taking action on the things that are truly you, all the details, all the symbols, all the reflections eventually change to follow suit. But, and here is, as you say in your language, the paradoxical catch 22. If you make the change and you expect the outer reality to change to reflect the change you think you've made, you haven't made the change. If you look to the outer reality to reflect the change you think you've made, the outer reality sees you really haven't changed because the thing you need to know is that all change occurs within you, not outside you. When you respond differently to the outer reality, even if it looks the same as it did before, that's what means you have changed, and that is when the outer reality knows you have changed and can give you back a different reflection to reflect the change. But if you make the first criteria for the change that the outer reality must change, you are short-circuiting the ability of the outer reality to do so. Because outer reality is not really outer. It's just a reflection of inner reality. Right. So. Okay. I understand that. Thank you. One other thing about the definitions. Yes. What should I do? Just follow my excitement? Follow your excitement. I'm not doing so. Give yourself an opportunity to recognize that certain situations and circumstances will come up that will put you in touch with your feelings, your emotions, your reactions, your reactions, your responses, and by finding out what your emotional feelings are, that will put you in touch with your definitions, because there is no such thing as having a feeling about something if you don't have a belief about it first.
