Part 1
I'm feeling the call to adventure. Oh, all right. What are you doing standing there? Well, there's a couple of things I wanted to get straight before I follow the intuition. The, so I have a long kind of standing relationship with the sea, but there's also a lot of fear attached to the sea. In what way? So the one that, there's two that come to mind. come to mind. Yes. One is, when you're out in the deep, deep ocean, just say the middle of the Pacific, there's when you're sailing, there's this sense of you against the ocean. And it is, we do create our own reality, but how is it that we would create something that we feel frightened of or that we would be afraid of? Well, you do have the idea of a physical mind connected to the idea of a physical body, which has what you would call a sort of. call a survival instinct. Thus, of course, you will have that survival level physiological reaction to situations that could potentially be life-threatening, of course. Particularly for me, one of the fears that I have, particularly with swimming in the deep ocean, is that of sharks. Yes. I have a strong connection to... Well, that's not exactly, shall we say, a crazy fear. I'm glad to hear. Again. But it stops me from getting in the water. Yes. Well, the idea comes down to survival instinct. Yes? Sorry? The idea comes down to survival instinct. Okay. You know that when you are in the ocean, you are not at the top of the food chain. Right. You are somewhere between breakfast and dinner. Well, that's the fear. Yes. Is there any way to... Of course there is. Of course there is. There is. There are many different kinds of ways. On a physiological, pragmatic way, shall we say, there are people on your planet that have invented what you would call shark repellent suits. They are designed to be either unappetizing or confusing or, in a sense, threatening to the shark, and thus then it will usually steer clear of you. You follow me so far. So there's that approach on a practical level, as you would say in your language. The other idea of course, is to have enough of an understanding of your particular life theme to understand that that is not necessarily something that you need to experience, that you're simply not going to choose that in this lifetime, and then before you can relax because you're not setting yourself up for that kind of a surprise. Okay. You follow me? Yeah. But you have to really be in touch with that idea. One might sometimes observe that if you do go out into the ocean and often there may be a proliferation of such animals. One might begin to suspect you might be setting yourself up for a departure.

that in this lifetime, and then before you can relax because you're not setting yourself up for that kind of a surprise. Okay. You follow me? Yeah. But you have to really be in touch with that idea. One might sometimes observe that if you do go out into the ocean and often there may be a proliferation of such animals. One might begin to suspect you might be setting yourself up for a departure. So you have to look honestly within yourself as to whether you're looking for that as an actual exit door or whether you're just playing with an idea in the same way that many of you play by going to horror films and you're just scaring yourself because it's thrilling to wake yourself up, perhaps to give yourself an appreciation of the life that you have by putting yourself in physiological danger. There are many reasons why people might find themselves in proximity to that particular circumstance. You have to simply explore for yourself what you believe is really going on within your psyche when you're dealing with that particular experience and that particular feeling. Can you engage in a parallel reality that kind of takes you out of the fear mode? Of course. If you know, number one, that they're going to be able to be able to be in a parallel reality that, There must, by definition, be such a version of yourself that has no experience of fear in that situation, yes? Okay. There must, by definition, be a version of you that doesn't have the fear, correct? Yes. Well, what is that version of you like? Can you envision in that person? Can you begin to behave like that person in all the ways that you can? I think so, yeah. Well, if you mirror that vibration enough, you will be living the life of that version of yourself. So that's how you skip from one reality to a parallel reality. You just mirror the image that you have in your mind? Well, in a sense, that's one way to direct the skipping that you're already doing. Remember, the shifting from reality to reality billions of times per second is automatic. You can't stop that. But the idea is that you can direct it. And by using the idea of the visualization of a version of yourself that represents the reality you prefer, You can certainly start mirroring that frequency, and you can thus then in your thoughts, words and deeds, all your behaviors, all your body language, all the things that you say and do, can, in that sense, mirror that vibration sufficiently to thus then have basically the kind of life, the kind of responses, that version of you has. Then, in a sense, you are looking through the eyes of that version. You have shifted to the reality where your consciousness is experiencing your life as. that version. You're changing your focus. Yes. Okay. Does that make sense?

Yes. Okay. Does that make sense? Yes, it does. Are you sure? Yep. Would you like to test it? I can't do it right now. Oh, I'm sure we can. Oh, pay attention. Duh-down. I'm not scared. I'm fine. That's okay. Okay. I'm good. All right.
