This is going to be starting a new series of sessions, which will now be doing roughly every two weeks, at least all the way through till September. into September, most of which will be Q&A sessions like today. Those that are not on the mailing list already, we have just done a mailing, and if you have been on the mailing list, you will be getting one of these new flyers if you haven't received one yet. Those that are not on the mailing list may want to go up and get one at the front desk today sometime during the break or before you leave, as this will give the new schedule for the new sessions coming up. After today, they're all on Sunday, they're all from three to six, so the place, the time, the day is all the same. The next one will be June 30th. Then July 14th, July 28th. And the one after July 28th, on August 11th, will be something different. We'll be doing a workshop, which Bashar hasn't done here for a while. And this one is going to be based on shattering old patterns. Basically, it's as we understand it, it's going to explore how to break unwanted habits, patterns by accessing the multitude of personalities that we all contain in a technique I don't think that he's used before in a workshop. And it will also contain a very new meditation that he calls point of view that is specifically designed to get us more closely in touch with our higher selves or have us start operating from that level. And what little I've been able to sort of glean from the information that he sent through about what this meditation would be like, it seems like it's going to be very different, a lot of fun, and a very active kind of workshop, very active kind of meditation. There's actually a suggestion that whoever attends that bring paper and pencil and things like that. I think that that's to be a lot of very different kinds of activities involved in that one. So that should be a lot of fun. And that's on August 11th. So if you would like to, because, you know, I mean, the place is relatively limited for room. So if you would like to start signing up for the workshop, you can certainly do so today with Erica back there at the second table to let us know generally if you're interested in coming to that so we can make sure that we do have room for that, since that will be very specialized. You know, I have my own history in going into this thing, but what's valid for me is not necessarily valid for you in terms of the actual circumstances of the session. So the thing that we like to focus on is just the information itself. Listen to the information. If it's something that seems that you can applying your life and that it works for you, then by all means use it. If it's something that doesn't seem to have immediate application, then you'll get what you need somewhere else. But that's the bottom line to this whole thing, is to have fun, see if the information changes your life in the way that you want it to, and if so, then that makes us happy. Each and every one of you now at this time, become comfortable in your seats if you are sitting, allow yourself to take a few deep breath and begin to relax your physical body. so that you may take full advantage in your centered state of being of this imagination exercise that we will do now with you. We may entitle this entire interaction after this meditation exercise, and if you wish to use this entitlement, you may call it the stream. Allow yourself now in closing your eyes to simply float, to drift, to allow yourself to understand that there really are are no such things as distractions. Any noise that you may hear, any feeling that you may have, any thought that may pass through you. Allow it to be a part of the exercise. Invite it in. Do not shut it out. It is only in attempting to shut these things out but you call distraction that you keep yourself from floating to the center of your being. Allow yourself to know that everything you experience is a part of the reality that you are creating. Invite it in, accept it in. The more you recognize everything that you are creating as a part of your consciousness, the more you can allow yourself to remain in the center of your being, no matter what is passing in your reality. Allow yourself therefore to pay attention and be overjoyed by every single nuance, every single sound, every single feeling, every single thought. Experiment with it, explore it, see what it really is, see what it reflects to you. Allow yourself now more and more to play like a child inviting all these noises and sounds and opportunities in as if you were discovering new toys in a toy box, new bright and shining treasures that you had not expected to see. Allow yourself to play with them, to handle them, to bounce them around in your consciousness, to taste them, to savor them, to see what new flavors they bring to your awareness. Allow yourself to play. And in allowing your yourself to play this day of your time. Begin to imagine the following thing. See your body standing anywhere you wish to see it standing in your imagination, in your mind's eye. See yourself looking out into a stretch of infinite space. There is no end, no barriers, no borders. Know that this infinite space stretches all around you. all around. Allow yourself now to hear a rush of energy.

See your body standing anywhere you wish to see it standing in your imagination, in your mind's eye. See yourself looking out into a stretch of infinite space. A rush of energy that is your consciousness, that is your body, alive with electricity, alive. Feel the electricity coursing through you. Feel your body to be nothing but coherent energy, coherent electricity, crystallized energy, crystallized electricity, vibrating, vibrating at a very high high pitch. Feel it, hear it, allow it to go through your entire cellular structure. Know that you are very alive, very active, very creative, that you are in touch with everything. And now, allow yourself to imagine the following thing. Imagine that this energy, not that it leaves you, but that it shoots out from you, shoots away from you through the front of your body out and out and out and out, shooting away and away and away, off into the infinite reaches of the void, like a stream, like a beam of energy, away and away, far away, rushing, rushing, at infinite speed, far, far, far away. See all of the little particles of energy, the little photons of light, the little atomic structures that it is composed of, rushing away from you as if some gigantic titanic wind were rushing out of you. See this stream going out and out and out very far away, but then see it begin to curve, curve up, curve from side to side, curve down simultaneously, out and away in all directions, curving out and around and around and around, until it reaches straight up, straight down, and off to each side, way far away. Curving around, around and around, up and around, over, down and under, off to each side, coming around, back around, until it goes way far away around behind you in all directions, racing, rushing, racing and rushing, all the way around you, curving around back behind you at the same distance that you have sent the stream out in front of you, coming back around, coming back down together, coming down from the top, around from each side, from the bottom until it meets at a point just as far behind you as it began to diverge in front of you.

And as you see this energy curving around, continuing to stream from you, coming back now, back toward you, back behind you, coming for your back, rushing, rushing towards you, from behind, rushing, rushing, rushing, faster and faster at infinite speed, all these little particles, all of this energy coming closer, closer, faster, faster, until you feel the heat, you feel the light and it comes slamming through you from behind and continues to rush through your body out again to the front until you have a continuous circular stream of energy pouring through you like a gate through you like a valve through you like a conduit through you like a window through you like a door around and around and around it streams up and away down and away off to its side up and over down and under around through the back always coming back through you. You are at the center of an infinitely rotating sphere of energy as if there was a sphere with a bar passing right through the center and the bar passing right through the center of your solar flexes, right through under your rib cage, coming in through your spine, through and out, back and around, through and out, back and around. Take a few moments to become used to the feeling of this stream of energy around and around that you are at the center point of. Feel it rushing through you. Feel it opening you up. Feel it cleansing and clarifying, energizing, enlightening, washing away all of the doubts, all of the doubts, all of the confusing thoughts, carrying them out into the stream and dissolving in the stream before, the stream comes back around so that the only thing that reenters you from behind is crystal clear, pure energy, pure light, pure crystal light, pure crystal clear, pure crystal clear, in and out, in and out, around and around. Feel it rushing through you, hear it rushing through you like the wind, faster and faster and faster. lighter and lighter until it is almost a whisper, but it is going at infinite speed. Now, now, now, know something else, that this is you.

Now, now, now, know something else, that this is you. This is your total consciousness, not just the body, not just the body, not just the physical reality, not just the outer-aware thinking mind, but this entire sphere is you, is your consciousness, and your body is simply one slight, one point in the totality of the spherical consciousness, the moving, infinite consciousness of your energy that you are. You are now allowing your total consciousness to pass through your physical presence, your physical presence, your your physical awareness, your physical focus, but the physical focus is not all you are. It is but one slice, one infinitely thin slice of the totality of your being, of your awareness, of your consciousness. You are this stream of energy. Now the thin slight that is the physical you through which all of this energy is passing, this energy is passing, this since life may not always contain an understanding or an immediate awareness of all the answers to all the questions, to all the things you need to know, to all the things that you desire, to all the things that you know you deserve or wish you deserve, or sometimes only hope that you deserve. But the totality of the being, the totality of the stream, contains all the information, all the answers. all that you need to create whatever you want. All it is a matter of is learning how to divert that stream a little bit here and there in a 90-degree vector off to the side in your physical reality as it passes through you. You can use this stream, use this stream in the following way. Many of you try to do many things, work very hard to do many things, work very hard to accomplish, hard to manifest, struggle, and strive to find the answers that you see. But here in the stream that you are, the total stream, are all the answers, all the information, all the knowledge, all the awareness that you seek from the physical point of view, from the attitude and the perspective of the thin slice. The thin slice does not have to know, does not have to empirically be aware of all the answers in order to receive the answer in order to make use of the information that is there in the totality. You don't have to know all the detail. You don't have to work out every single step of the plan. You don't have to arrange every single moment of the structure.

All you have to be is a lens, a gate, a conduit. All you have to be is the initiator of the desire, the initiator of the search, the initiator of the question. All you have to be is the initiator of the desire. All you you have to be is the finger that pushes the button on the infinite computer that you are and simply pushes the button that says find the program. Search and find. The stream that passes through you, if you have a question, if you have a problem, if you have a situation, if you have a difficulty, if you have a habit, if you have an addiction, if you have a negative idea that you wish resolved, that you wish an answer to, that you wish a positive manifestation forward, then simply view the stream, go into this meditative state, see the stream, feel the stream, and it's infinite energy, its infinite power, and its infinite containment of all the information. Dather in your physical consciousness a conceptualization of the problem, a conceptualization of the question, and then simply take that nugget and send it into the stream. Go and find the answer. Let it go and search. Let it go through the stream, out and away from it. Take that nugget, that question, and see yourself tossing it into the stream, see yourself holding it in your hand, and dropping it in the stream, see it hit the stream, see it hit the stream, see it rush away at infinite speed. Then, just forget about it. Don't sit there and spend time going, well, I wonder what it's doing. I wonder what's happening. Do I need to help it along? Do I have to know what steps it is taking? Do I have to worry it into the right slot? No. Put it in the stream, say, resolve this issue, and let it go. Let it scan the entire sphere that you are, and let it come back in through the back door in an unexpected way with the information you need, not the information that your mental state expect, but the information and the answers you truly need. Sometimes what you call your expectations and the information that comes back from the stream will be absolutely aligned, but many times they will not.

So do not put expectation on what you think is supposed to come back, but no, beyond the shadow of the doubt, that when you simply say, resolve this issue and put it into the stream and forget about it, that it will come back. It will come back with the resolution, with the resolve, with the information, with the desired, answer that will allow you then to take that energy and divert it into your physical reality to manifest the reality that you desire. Use the stream in this way. Stop struggling, stop trying so hard. Use what you are, the access you already have, the information you already know as a total being, which you may not know just as a physical being, but which you certainly know as a physical being, but which you certainly know as a total being. Begin to use the totality of yourself. You don't have to always pay attention to every little step. You don't have to be consciously aware of every single detail in order to use the unlimited, infinite source of information that you are as a total soul, as a total being. Send it into the stream, see it go around and see it come back. Always see it come back with the information. Now, more often than not, this will, of course, depend upon what it is you are asking, but more often than not, you may be astonished to find that one way or another, whatever the kind of information is that you require, will come back to you in no longer, no longer than 72 hours, no longer. Three days. One, two, three days. One, two, three. Do not put expectation on it. Some will be longer. Some will be infinitely shorter. Depends on what it is. Depends upon the clarity within you in recognizing what comes back and the willingness within you to utilize what comes back in a positive way, in a creative way. Willingness in you is the clarity of your lens to be able to use that light that comes bouncing back in the most positive way.

Let go of that notion. You are in control. You can see that you're in control if you let yourself function the way you were designed to function. And that doesn't always mean that your physical consciousness has to know what's going on or what the exact process is. Yes, your physical consciousness does need to process, but only those things that are within the realm of the things that the physical consciousness has created for itself to experience directly. Excuse me to start. We have a short announcement. Well, whatever person has the red condo in the parking lot here, apparently it's been kept by a car. Please come out to the back of the building. Use this as an opportunity. Do not see it as a negative scenario. Use it. Open yourself up and you will accelerate greatly. And I am being specific with regard to the announcement that was just made. Use it in a positive. way. Do not see it as negative. Open yourself up to the possibility of where this could lead you and what it says to you. Take three deep breaths in your meditation. Use this image anytime at all that you feel you have processed whatever it is that you can already process. When you have allowed yourself to think it all through, when you have allowed yourself to feel all the emotions you can imagine feeling when you know you have examined your deepest beliefs and still you know there is something missing. Allow yourself to turn it over to the rest of your being. Relax and let yourself use the stream. It is not the only technique. You are responsible for many different levels of awareness of yourself, but it is a very powerful way to acknowledge the fact that you are more than just the physical beings and to let yourself begin to work for you in your physical reality effortlessly, quickly, lovingly, creatively and excitingly. Use the stream, use the flow. Allow yourself now to open your eyes.

Stand up and stretch your physical body. and know that the stream is always there, always with you, that you are always a part of it. Stretch and stretch and stretch and stretch and stretch. And then when you are comfortable, be seated. This technique can be very powerful for you. Play with it. Have fun with it. Do not overanalyze it. Do not try to use it. Just do it, know that it is working in whatever way it needs to, and let it work, allow it to work. Do not make it work. Do not try to get it to work. Just let it work. Let it go. Put it out there, forget it. Get on with your life, see what happened. I guarantee many of you, most of you, will start to see some amazing results. But that those amazing results will begin to be seen as par for the course. Remember that miracles are not the exception to the rule. They are the actual nature of things. The idea also is to understand that while many of your scientists are listening for signs of extraterrestrial intelligence on radio waves, it is this frequency bandwidth that they actually ought to be listening to. Mm-hmm. Because that information is simply always radiating out from all of us in that way and is always being picked up by individuals biologically. And you will find that the Keys of Enoch is a reference to some degree to the idea of the trinary marks that appear in the ancient Hebraic alphabet, for those are the keys that when properly overlap, unlock the decodation of the early biblical script in the original Hebraic or Aramaic form. These decodations, these encodations that you are experiencing now, are all based on the idea of three, as are what you also call the crop circles. And these, in particular, the oriental-looking ones, as you have said, are very similar. many ways to the idea of the crop circle. The idea is to begin to allow your own mentality to decode, but to understand that much of what is being sent has to do with general information that is being beamed back and forth all the time between different civilizations, different dimensions, that you are now simply becoming more receptive to. You are now eavesdropping on, on the right frequency, and now able to find yourself acting as instruments for transcribing some of these signals that are being sent. So these signals coming down on this form actually constructed this way serve as a motivation or a starter button to get some of us to open up our two-dimensional realities. Yes, and more importantly, what you need to understand is that the only reason that they exist in what appears to be code or an unreadable form is because you have not yet, as a a civilization or as an individual, and I'm talking about all of you that are receiving these, because you have not yet understood the specific key that has to do with your dimension.

It is only in the form that it is in because you have not completed the process of translation by knowing, by understanding, by being aligned with your dimension, by being at odds with your physical reality, by being in discordant, disharmony with your physical reality that has not allowed you to allow the translation to come all the way through in an understandable form. So it stops at a certain level until you align yourself with the understanding of the vibration of your earth, of your third-dimensional reality, and thus complete the sequence that will allow the information to decode all the way into something you understand as a language. That is why we suggest you begin to understand the whole concept of three trinary arrangements and the vibrations that relate to. your earth specifically or your third-dimensional reality, and once you begin to understand how those vibrational harmonics relate to each other, you will have an intuitive ability to allow that information to decode directly into a language that you understand rather than stopping halfway in a fourth-dimensional state, which is what those scriptures are, fourth-dimensional representations of a third-dimensional concept, or I shall say, a multi-dimensional concept that you could understand third-dimensionally if you understand understood the third dimension. So then as soon as we clean up our own lenses and clear off our glasses, then we will be able to perceive this and it's fullest intent. Because excitement and anxiety are the same energy. One being translated through trust and one being translated through doubt. That is all. Therefore, you either have one or the other. So, many individuals, because of the filters that you have been brought up with, how do confuse the idea of anxiety or fear with excitement very often. The idea, again, is to examine what is it you get out of doing things in that kind of a compressed time frame? Do you get a feeling of importance, of being busy, of doing something more important? I think so. All right. Do you feel, therefore, that your life is not full enough yet? That it does not yet contain the things you wanted to contain so that you would maintain the pace that you would maintain the pace that you prefer? Yes. What kind of things would you prefer your life to contain that it does not yet contain? Well, when I'm not pushing anxiety, I feel more connected to people, and I like that feeling. It feels a lot fuller and richer. Yes, but that is not directly what I am asking. What I'm asking is, is there something that you would like to be doing that you're not doing that would allow you to feel your time more in the way that you wish to, rather than waiting, waiting, until it becomes a condensed time frame that then when you do it allows you to feel, in a sense, that you are doing something important in the way you would like to feel all the time. You understand? Yes. I like to be doing more of my counseling. When I'm doing more of it, I feel good and I feel calmer. Yes, and then you do not have to push everything into the last moment. Right. What is it that appears to prevent you from doing more counseling? Well, time, but that's not it. Time? I mean, time is what I say, but that isn't it. I don't know. It's like a fear of failing or... A fear of failing? I don't know. Fear of failing. I think it's like I don't want to be out. I want to hide. That's why sometimes what I don't have a lot to do. I'll sleep more. All right. What is you fear about doing the thing that excites you the most? When I'm doing it, there's no fear. It's the... It's when you're not doing it that there is fear? Yeah. When are you not doing it? When I'm just sort of hanging around. Hanging around. All right. It's when I'm avoiding. One moment, one moment. When you have what appears to be time on your hand, as you say, what makes you assume that you are not doing what you need to be doing? What makes you assume that the time that is on your hand is somehow exclusive or different than the idea of doing what it is you normally love to do? Why is that not an extension of the pacing? of the thing you love to do? Why is it something in opposition to the thing you love to do? Oh, well, it's just I think I could be doing a lot more counseling. You could be doing a lot more. Do you want to be? Yes. You want to be doing more of it more often than not. Yes, and now that I have the summer off, I have the time to do it. Now that you have the summer off, you have the time to do it. I have more time to do it. Yet you were complaining that you had too much time. before. Which is it? That you have too much time or not enough time? Well, I always have time. Time really isn't the issue. I say to myself the time is issue, but it's not. What is the issue? It's fear, I guess. Of what? Don't say not having enough time. It's just some... Fear of what? Fear of what? Let's use your imagination. If you're going to have a negative idea, if you're going to have fear, then let's use the negative imagination to find. out what it really is.

Don't be afraid of diving into it. Let's use it. Go all the way. Don't hold back. Many times the only reason you don't understand what it is that you fear is because you're not willing to go all the way into the fear and let yourself see what it really is. So let's use the fear. Let's use the negative imagination. Let's say, let's say you do have this fear. All right, what is the worst possible thing that could possibly happen? What would really make you quake with fear if it were to come about, if it were to manifest, dive into it, say it. What could be the worst thing? It's like exploding or disappearing. Disappearing. What does that mean? From where? Disappearing from where? It's floating from what? Like I'd be like a volcano and I just blow up and I wouldn't exist anymore. You wouldn't exist? Do you mean you wouldn't be physical or you wouldn't exist? I feel like I wouldn't exist. All right. Do you understand that that's impossible? I understand. I'll help you with that. Do you exist now? If you exist now, you cannot not exist. There is only now. There is only always now. Has only ever been always now. There has never been a time when you did not exist. If you exist now, there never will be a time when you don't exist. You cannot not exist. You don't contain that quality. Existence is. Existence exists. It is the only quality it has. It cannot not exist. Everything that already doesn't exist already doesn't exist. Non-existence is already full of all the things that will never exist. Okay. There is no room in non-existence for anything that exists. You cannot become non-existence if you exist already. You understand that concept? Yes. Do you understand now that you can never not exist? Yes. You may change form. You may always. in an infinite number of ways, but you can never not exist if you exist now. And I assume I am not speaking to myself, so I will assume that you exist. Yes. Now, does that feel like it has turned any kind of a key in you at all? Do you feel more comfortable at all about the issue of existence itself or not having to fear the idea of non-existence? Yeah, I do. All right. Can you relax or feel yourself relaxing a little bit about that issue? Mm-hmm. Feel your existence. You are absolutely eternal. You are infinite. Eternal. Eternal. Eternal.

Do you feel more comfortable at all about the issue of existence itself or not having to fear the idea of non-existence? Yeah, I do. All right. Can you relax or feel yourself relaxing a little bit about that issue? Mm-hmm. Feel your existence. You are absolutely eternal. You are infinite. Eternal. Eternal. Eternal. You're not going to go anywhere. You will always be here and now in whatever form you choose to be here and now. Understood? Yes. Now. Therefore, what reason did you give yourself for creating the idea of of fearing that you feeling that you? you would no longer exist. What is it about doing the thing that excites you the most that would lead you to conclude that it could somehow result in expunging you from existence? What route, what mechanism did you see or imagine that could cause such a calamity? Well, that people would say that I'm a fake, that I'm not really good at what I do. Not really good at what you do. In that statement, in and of itself, is the most profound. found contradiction. Not good at what you do. Not good at being you. How can you be anything but you? How can you, therefore, be anything but being the perfect you? No matter what you're doing, you can only be doing it as you. You understand? Yes. Therefore, no matter what you do, even if you choose a positive or a negative idea, you are still doing that positive or negative thing. as the you that you are in the unique way you would be doing it. You understand? Yes. Therefore, it is impossible for you to do anything in any other way other than the way you would do it. Follow along? Yes. Now, I assume what you actually mean is that you would feel that people would judge that you are not necessarily living up to your full potential, doing something in an integrated way, that you are somehow... not really fulfilling your major purpose or desire in life. A number of these ideas, is that what you intend to say? Yes. All right. So what? So what? It is your life. It is your life. Now, if you have an intention, as you say or have intimated, you have an intention to be of service to others through this counseling that you do. If at any moment, On any schedule you have the intention to be of service to others and service to yourself by doing the thing you love to do, then there have to be at least sometimes, somewhere, when you are performing a service and you feel good about it, do you not? Yes. Has that ever happened even once in your life? Oh yes. Then you have fulfilled the purpose of your life. Okay. You understand? Uh-huh.

moment, On any schedule you have the intention to be of service to others and service to yourself by doing the thing you love to do, then there have to be at least sometimes, somewhere, when you are performing a service and you feel good about it, do you not? Yes. Has that ever happened even once in your life? Oh yes. Then you have fulfilled the purpose of your life. Okay. You understand? Uh-huh. Now you can do that as many times as you can do that. you wish. Okay. But if you have ever even done it once, then you have changed the entire world in a positive way. And that says a lot. Okay. You understand? Yes. So don't be so hard on yourself. That's all you're doing. Yes. You are flogging yourself. Right. I'm not good enough. I don't deserve. Guilt, guilt, guilt. But if you have done it once and even know you have done it just once, you have done it. Okay. Everything else is. else is what's the phrase gravy you're now on a roll as gravy often is you understand yes I do so take the pressure off take the pressure off just flow just be warm and flow yes like gravy okay all right all right just relax know that you've already done it and therefore if you do it again It's a bonus. It's a plus. It's your ability to decide that I choose to do this this way when I choose to do it.
