cannot actually experience the idea of the past. You cannot actually experience the idea of the future. You can only experience now. Even though you may have things that you create that you call evidence of the past, such as photographs of things that you have done and so on and so forth, as you call it, fossil records and so on and so forth, as you call it. The idea really is when you stop to think about it, those things actually exist within you in the present. A photograph of something that happened in the so-called past exists in the present. The photograph doesn't actually exist in the past. It exists with you now. And just because there is a picture on it that represents the idea of the past to you, that photograph, that picture only exists in your hand in the present. Because you are creating it. You are creating the idea right now of your experience. And as you create, the idea of your present experience, you are also, depending on how you define that present experience and depending upon how you define yourself in this present experience, you are also creating the past and the future. Each and every time, each and every time you redefine yourself as a new person, you literally, literally, literally have a new past and a new future. You create the past from the present, not the other way around, even though we understand that the habit you have gotten into is to linearly think that the present is the result of the past and that the present will lead to a particular future result when, in fact, it actually does not. These things all coexist at the same time, all realities, all experiences, all parallel universes, all exist right now, right here. Most of them are invisible to you, but that does not mean that they do not exist. we have often used, and we will repeat briefly now, is the idea of what you call your television sets, your radio sets. The idea being that any time you sit down to watch a television program, you know that at that moment, there are any number of other television programs that exist at the same time. But you only get the one that your channel is tuned to. You only get the one that you are tuned to by frequency. So it is with the nature of the structure of existence and reality itself. You only get what you're tuned to being that what your vibration, is synchronized with. And thus then, that doesn't mean that the other realities don't exist yet. They all do, but they are invisible to you in the same way that all the programs are invisible until you decide to change the channel, change the frequency.

tuned to by frequency. Thus, then you know that when you go from Channel 2, as you say, to Channel 4, you know that the program that you were watching on Channel 2 still exists. It hasn't really, in a sense, gone into the past. It's still there, and you can change back to it if you wish. But this analogy permeates the idea. in reality throughout the structure of existence. All things exist. What is new is your experience of those things, depending upon how you shift your focus of consciousness to the realities, to the parallel realities that already exist by shifting your frequency and thus aligning yourself with the frequency of that particular reality in order to get that program, that new show, as you say, by changing your channel.
